GOOD: - MOHAA themed. - Death animations are pretty cool and varied. It also plays different animations depending on the part of the enemy's body that you shot before he died, like in old FPS games. - Including an Axis campaign. Though I don't necessarily like that it's the same map but played from the other side. - Music. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's pretty monotonous. But overall it's nice. MEH: - Some reloading animations are glitchy. - The melee attack animation is weird. IF that's a melee attack, because I don't really know since there is no tutorial for it, I just happened to hit 'V' on my keyboard by accident. - Enemy AI is very basic. They go through trees and get alerted as long as you're close by or they are triggered by opening doors. They only go towards you and, once they are in a certain range, they fire. I put this in the MEH category because, even though it's pretty experience-breaking, I know AI is very difficult to get right, especially if you're not an expert and you've developed the game by yourself. - Invisible walls are way too big. It breaks the experience being stopped by nothing when you are 5 meters from an obstacle. - Bushes float on slopes and ground bumps. Maybe don't put bushes there :) - Bushes and trees are rendered weirdly when seen through tree leaves. - In Winter War, on the Allied campaign, while riding on the tank at the beginning, I was floating behind it instead of sitting on top of it. Or maybe that's a cinamatic for your character walking, but in that case I would remove the ability to move, jump or crouch while it's playing and restrict the camera movement to 120º or so. - Textures and models are inconsistent. Some models look high-poly while others looks really low-poly. Some textures are picture-based while others are plain colors. Just pick a style and stick with it. - Tanks at the beginning of Allied Winter War are not textured. I don't mind the low-poly look necessarily, but, come on, at least texture them a bit. BAD: - Level design is boring and confusing. I didn't know the red arrow on the compass was marking the objective so I spent 15 minutes going in circles on the first mission after the Finnish ambush. There's a load of nothingness everywhere and enemies sometimes appear randomly and start attacking you from between the trees. - Tedious long walks with little to no interaction. - Long cinematics where you just wait in silence because there is no dialog or music or stuff happening for you to watch. - Optimization issues. I have an RTX 3060 and at one point I was going at 12 fps. I was on ultra settings, yes, but this game is made with Unity and, as I said before, the textures and models are low quality. - Tree leaves have collision for bullets??? - Voice acting is horrendous. Russians yelling random stuff every quarter of a second on the first ambush with the same voice actor is annoyingly funny. - Serious lack of juicy feedback when shooting enemies. Sometimes they produce sparks instead of blood when shot (?). In MOHAA, the enemies would play an animation when they got hit and the sound design helped a lot. Here you don't really know if you are hitting them or not. - Blinding-glowing trees? I get that they're covered in snow, but why are they glowing??? - Enemies are dumped on you from the start of both campaigns and very little health is dropped by them. This becomes unplayable on the Axis campaign where you're alone and enemies have automatic submachine guns. I died 5 times in the same spot because I was at 20 health and I couldn't find any more health. I tried spraying bullets like crazy to the 5-6 enemies thrown at me and I died every time. - Healthpacks should glow a little, be bigger or have a different color so they can be more easily seen. In MOHAA they were distinctively green or white and they had an animated shader that made them stand out. Here they are small and their color blends with the surrondings, so they are much more difficult to spot. - Aiming down sides is uncomfortable and doesn't line up to the view correctly. There is too much swing applied to the weapon when looking down the sights and it makes it difficult to actually see what you are shooting at. - The player should be allowed to change the settings while in game and not have to exit to the main menu first. Overall, it's a nice try at replicating what for me and many other people is a classic game, but I can't recommend the game at its current state. I'll give it a couple more years and wait for it to implement many of the features it lacks right now that I mentioned previously.
Good game, I do recommend adding some new settings though such as, Overall Volume, Controls ect' I would recommend this game though, Considering this came out yesterday it is really good, keep updating it and i feel as if it could take off.
游戏太难了,不建议大家玩。敌人数量过多,玩家血量下得很快,场景过于空旷没有地方躲,出来就挂,挂十次后弃坑了。
Cool game graphics is ok except for the cars and tanks a few bugs like ladders climbing up very bad 😩, but unfortunately the game is.....!!!!!!!! excessively heavy😫😩 would be great if life regenerates itself over time the game still has a lot of upside potential more different weapons would be cool Sniper k98 .lee enfild. Mas Axis MG26 or MG34 Panzer Drive or Kampangen mod to create yourself etc
Fun game, there's just a game breaking never ending horde of Russians bug that happens once you get to Talvisota & join your company to fight the waves of Russians. Hope it gets fix, its a pretty good game for the money i paid while it was on sale.
In general, for an indie shooter, the game is pleasant. But it would be nice to be able to choose the level of difficulty, as some levels are extremely difficult to pass.
For me this is crap not a game, in the campaign for the allies first mission is too difficult to pass, the reasons you're alone, a lot of enemies + in the beginning you can not walk and heal. Add in the first mission allies, I don't know but I'm sure there were more soldiers than one and also add a choice of difficulty
horrivel jogabilidade
