Waiter is a game where you have to gather cocktails and other drinks and serve them to customers. It sounds quite fine at first, but you know you'll be done with it in five minutes if you're in the game and you keep seeing the same maximum number of people (5) in the same locations with nothing changing. The concept is actually very good: you left click the cocktail then walk to the client, serve them, and gain points and time. Once the timer goes to zero its game over and you can try again. The price (1,49€ on sale) is too high for what it offers, but it may have been a good straightforward time waster if done properly. Within five minutes, you have seen all of the clients and the entire facility (only one map). More maps, dialogue (none exist), customers, beverages, and rotating things (customers, drinks) would have made the game a more enjoyable experience.

Warning: Asset Flip!
Waiter is a Unity Asset flip, what Valve calls a "fake game". The "developer", Quarlellle/gg, took the POLYGON - Nightclubs Unity Store game assets from the real developers, Synty Studios, changed the name, and dumped the result onto Steam. They're attempting to scam people into buying this, so they can get your money for someone else's work. Quarlellle/gg has shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab. Here's some examples so you can see for yourself:

"Crazy Truck" = POLYGON - City Pack developed by Synty Studios
"Rescue Helicopter" = POLYGON - City Pack developed by Synty Studios
"Crime City" = POLYGON - City Pack developed by Synty Studios
"Cats War" = Polygon Town Pack developed by Synty Studios
"Zombie City" = POLYGON - City Pack developed by Synty Studios
"Zombie VS Police" = POLYGON - City Pack developed by Synty Studios
Because this is an almost exact 1:1 copy + paste of the original Unity asset, it's in violation of the Unity Asset Store Terms of Service and EULA. Specifically, Section 2, Subsection 2.2.1a:
Subject to the restrictions set forth in this EULA, Licensor hereby grants to the END-USER a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, and perpetual license to the Asset solely:(a) to incorporate the Asset, together with substantial, original content not obtained through the Unity Asset Store, into an electronic application or digital media that has a purpose, features, and functions beyond the display, performance, distribution, or use of Assets ("Licensed Product") as an embedded component of that Licensed Product, such that the Asset does not comprise a substantial portion of the Licensed Product
Because the developer misused the asset pack such that it comprises the vast majority of this "game", the developer has unethically and deliberately breached the license agreement. Worse, this intellectual property violation was done in an attempt to profit from their illicit actions. Why is this permitted on Steam? The products that result from asset flips aren't "real" games. They lack depth and content, because they're just simplistic copies of demos or tutorials. In this case, "POLYGON - Nightclubs" is just a low poly asset pack for use with Unity and Unreal 3D games, with a nightclub environment and patron assets, and doesn't have any merit as a proper, fully fledged PC game, so this copy+paste of it can't be recommended. Asset flips don't involve any professional game development. Sure, sometimes they may change a few cosmetic things, swap out different assets etc, but at heart it's functionally identical to the asset they're ripping off. Asset flips like this are harmful to the gaming industry and to Steam because they reduce the visibility that sincerely made indie games should have, and make it harder for gamers to find real games from genuine developers. Don't reward this morally bankrupt, unethical behaviour from Quarlellle/gg.
Profile Features Limited! Valve have marked this game as "Profile Features Limited" at the time of this review. This is usually caused by poor sales figures and low community acceptance for the game (to date). Until this status changes, this game will not give you +1 to your Game Collector badge count, appear in profile achievements or any other Steam meta-accomplishments, nor can it be displayed in some profile showcases. If these factors are important to you, it may be worth holding off before buying this game.
At its current state the game gets boring very very quickly! Although, this game has potential. Devs get on it and make some improvements to this game. My ideas > Additional music, really cool music, varying genres, bangers only! > Flashing lights maybe > Drunk people to avoid, if you bump into them you spill your drink and have to go back > Be able to carry 2 drinks at a time maybe? > Have more people on the dance floor and around the club > Utilise the upstairs bar, perhaps get drinks from there too. > Multiplayer mode? 2-4 players . PVP or Co-Op > Have more dialogue, perhaps some funny lines > Have someone vomit on the floor and avoid the spill, perhaps it disappears after a while or waiter has to clean it up > options to make adjustments, perhaps filters and time attack modes Serious though you can really add to this simple game to make it alot more fun!
If you need an example of a minimum viable product, then this will do the trick. You will experience everything this game has to offer within five minutes. There's only like 5 customers in this small bar and they never change locations. As of this writing, the game has been out for nearly two years, with zero updates and zero community activity. I happened to notice one of the reviews helpfully suggesting more features; something tells me the creator's not gonna be acting on that feedback. If you're a YouTuber and you need some weird b-roll, maybe you'll get something out of this, and even then I'm not sure three bucks is worth it.
я еще за это деньги отдал

I loved the atmosphere and vibe of the game, and especially the music. I managed to get 95 my first try and then brought the wrong drink and ran outta time, breaking the streak.
