People need to stop "liking" games just because they're free. This game is a hollow waste of time.

Void Whispers is free, and as I always say, things you get for free are very rarely outright bad. The gameplay is simple, but it works. Even if you replay it to see all the endings, it does not really get tiring, mainly because the whole experience is short and easy to finish quickly. That short length works in its favor, since it stays enjoyable without having enough time to become repetitive. Do not expect AAA visuals or flashy special effects, but honestly, I think that rough, low budget style is exactly what gives the game a bit more personality, both in its gameplay and in the story that carries the experience from start to finish. If you have an hour to spare, I would absolutely recommend giving this game that time, because it deserves it.
divertido, aguardo mais conteúdos dos mesmos desenvolvedores
"Void Whispers" is another kitbashed first person horror adventure game. At least the theme here is a bit genuinely spooky compared to most of the garbage out there. The idea is that you're a night time operator at a radio station and there's a Close Encounter scenario. It's very short, it's not a great game in terms of technical delivery... it doesn't even do a particularly good job as a jumpscare simulator. What do you do in the game? Basic first person adventure game activities, inspired a bit by FNAF as you do basic platespinning and running the radio station as a DJ. Then things happen, ok. At least this isn't Unity or Unreal... it's Godot, and while Godot's 2D engine is garbage, the 3D engine at least is capable, although most developers can't work out how to use it because 3D graphics are too hard for most amateur devs. Kudos to the developer on that front, I guess. The assets look a little mismatched (and wow... ugly textures) but they're also much higher quality than the actual game. It's a bit of a red flag for an asset flip, but there's no evidence or smoking gun in this case. While there's no proof, the overall low quality of the actual "game" part (an important part of the whole package that makes up a game) is indistinguishable from an asset flip, and no matter where the assets came from, the quality here is bad. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. Most "free" games on Steam aren't really free. There's usually some kind of monetisation, from nasty mobile app cash shops, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, to any other number of shady pricing schemes that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. Nothing demonstrates a developers belief in themselves and their work than giving it away without any remuneration. This is a service to themselves, and the gaming industry, and should be applauded. Of course, just because something is free, doesn't necessarily mean it's valuable, or something you might want to spend your time on. You can always judge a game by how popular it is with the general public. Steam has over 130 million unique gamers, and over 40 million unique logons every day from dedicated PC gamers. But this only ever had a peak player count of a dozen or so people... that's very poor public reception. Gamers rejected this, most likely due to the reasons I supply in this review. Since free games don't contribute to your game collector badge and other profile stuff, is this a worthwhile addition to your Steam library? This is a "maybe" experience... if you have a lot of free time on your hands and nothing else to do, why not? But for the purposes of a review, this isn't something I can say everyone must try. It's not quite there. Valve doesn't give us a "maybe" option in reviews, but if they did, that's what I'd choose for this.
Iron Lung oynanışı var ama biraz meh. Endinglerde kelimeninn tam anlamıyla sonda yazan metinden 1 paragraf değişiyor. Berbat.
