VOID CRAWLER

In my opinion this game was pretty well made. The controls were pretty fun and it also had some moments where I got startled. The lenght of the game was also fine and I LOVE the sound design of the game. All in all for me, a nice and little 2 hour game which was definitely worth it.

Absolutely worth the price of admission! Very much in the vein of David Szymanski's Iron Lung. Recently, Szymanski got a movie deal for Iron Lung. If we were comparing the two, I'd want to see Void Crawler a lot more in movie form than Iron Lung. It has the same vibe but has a better story to it. The dev did a great job here!!!

Interesting short horror game. It's pretty linear but the idea behind it is fun. Awsome sound design btw

This was really nice, though the game mechanics made it feel a bit artificially long? Not really too much going on, just a lot of walking and restocking and waiting for the mole to execute each individual operation. Wish there were more convenience or automation. Whether intentional or not, I must say this game has strong Penumbra vibes with how it does its atmosphere and psychological horror and I'm a huge fan of that for no reason whatsoever. I would be THRILLED to see more.

Surprisingly good for such a short little game, great ambience, a real sleeper and a must try! And it goes without saying that it has more than one little twist...

I really dig the vibe of this game. Explore creepy underground caverns that....pulse? deal with weird earthquakes and odd...occurrences. heck yes. also, very eldritch and the ending is very very cool and worth the time. Sure some of the scary bits didn't hit for me (IMO letting the eerie atmosphere and just slightly off things in the cavern would have been better than the whole...cake stuff) but this is a worthwhile experience and I'll be checking out what else this dev has created

Carried narratively and by the atmosphere with gameplay that gets the job done and nothing more. Very point A to point B in structure. I think it's strongest appeal had to be the very Dead Space-y visuals and brand of psychological trickery. I haven't really seen it replicated as well as here anywhere else. For overt reference I am hinting at the cosmic influencing of the marker from those games.

Very similar to Iron Lung but had its own charm, very easy to understand and play, the story isn't very fleshed out but definitely a good game for the price. 8/10
