Village of Adventurers 2

This is one of those low requirement games that has awful performance on modern systems. Whenever the mouse is moved, the FPS drops to probably not even 10, and this game is played mostly with a mouse... Good job... It is slightly better in windowed mode, but it is way too small. I know I write this in vain as the devs won't ever ever E V E R even respond, let alone fix this. I just need to vent a bit. From the short time I could stand playing this game I noticed that the translation isn't super-terrible (still machine-translated but probably with fixes) But it has the rabbit-censorsiht... >_< luckily there's a patch for it. Might have been a decent game, I will never know.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, the translation tho... Seriously. The controls probably aren't too difficult to get your head around but the translation makes it an uphill battle.

The game is broken once you get to the mine cutscene. There is no nudity because everything is censored. In other words the game is not finished and they use false tags to advertise it. The translator is in love with the word "the" and it's used wrong so often it gives even an idiot a headache. The game has a good concept to it but it is just executed poorly. It has potential if they ever fix it but even on sale it's not worth it.

Horrible translation pretty much killed any chance of enjoying this game. It's one of those translations that is just so bad it's funny, and will give a little unintended amusement for a while. The art was cute enough, but that is about the only positive I can give this. If anyone is looking at this as a hentai game, give it up now. Unless you have a fetish for bunny and flower censorship cover-ups. Once again, SakuraGame shows just how low they are willing to go to make a buck.

Not Recomended Score: 7.8 Fair Enough Dont get me wrong the game is good, I liked it, BUT there are 2 "scenes" where in order to progress you have to change the language to Japanese before triggering them, in order to avoid a sure crash. There are scenes were dialogue and voice are not in sync, and dialogue lines that are broken in two or more dialogue boxes when they would fit in one. PD: I would change to recomended if this things were fixed, but some of this problems were noted since 2017 and nothing is changed. Graphics 8/10 Good They are nice, I would like to note that waifus complexion is thin (all of them, with different cup size). Gameplay 7.5/10 Fair Enough Is pretty easy, 3 phases, building and managing, defense and dungeon exploration, although its easy there are some things that are not explained or are barely explained, like how shops works, 2 windows unequiped/equiped, one would think that equiped is for selling and unequiped are stored items, BUT no its the contrary, synthesis uses items that you get from the dungeon, but if you keep this items the gold income is less. All buildings scale in prices thus limiting the number you can get easier (for example towers). Basic resources like wood and stone are limited and hard to obtain, due villagers time to get to the place where the resource is, then harvest it and if some monster is near by can get killed. After a while the game feels redundant even with x3 (max speed) item collection takes time, and making money takes even more time. Audio 8.5/10 Very Good Music is not "awesome", it becomes repetitive after a while. Voice acting is nice, I liked Characters voices like Claris (for example), certainly good voices, however male characters dont have voice. Story 7.5/10 Fair Enough Well I was liking the story till reached the End, Its not unique, its fun and have nice characters. It has a nice message. SPOILER AHEAD ABOUT STORY [spoiler] In order to "increase" your magical power you have your "way" with every waifu, when supposedly you "love" Claris, some even fall in love or cheat on their partner, this leads to believe a Harem ending Posibility, each girl have 3 scenes (+18, 2 in reality the third is the 2 cg´s mixed with new dialogues) in which some of they profess their love to the mc (Kay), but you end up with Claris and dumping every other girl. So thats not to bad, BUT Claris has just 2 CG´s and is in the same scene, Sara ends up being "evil" and dying. So pretty much everybody in the adventurers knows about you having your "way" with others, but Claris is just blind.[/spoiler] Technical Stuff Crashes:1st After finding the Dark elf at her forest, In the scene with Claris and Tiya outside the mine. 2nd when speaking with "Dark Elf" inside the town when its attacked by monsters send by "Mister", that Sara comes to organize the defenders. Several scenes have voices and dialogues that are not synced, and many boxes have dialogues like: Kay blabla (big space, next dialogue that is the continuation of the former) blabla. Some names are translated weird, like "Mister", and some others change in some scenes like Mister Lucky changes to Lacquer and then goes back to former.

Ok this isn't a ecchi game this is a flat out hentai game. The translations are almost comicly bad but the game is playable. It's much better if you play it in it's normal resolution and not full screen. it also has a lot of stuff to go through until you actually get to the town management. But yeah...HENTAI not ecchi game. On sale for a hentai vn with a light village management game in it, it's ok.
