About

Vectorio is a base-building tower defense game set in cyberspace. Claim and collect resources, build automated supply chains with drones, research new technologies, and deploy powerful defenses to protect your base against a relentless and ever-growing onslaught of enemy forces.

No Belts. Only Drones.
In Vectorio, all logistics are handled through configurable drones that transport resources between buildings. Assign drones to resource clusters, set up delivery routes, and manage the flow of materials across your growing network. As your base expands, keeping your supply chains running smoothly becomes a real challenge in and of itself.

Engineering & Customization
Vectorio's Engineering system lets you modify buildings in ways that can change and improve how they function. Tweak stats and alter behaviors to make buildings work the way you want. Turrets, drones, collectors — nearly everything can be engineered, and no two bases will look or function the same way.

Infinite Free-Form Building
Your base exists on an infinite grid with no boundaries and no predetermined layout. Place buildings wherever you want and purchase new chunks of cyberspace to expand your territory in any direction. The only limit on how large your base can get is how well you can keep it supplied and defended.

Game Features:
Co-op Multiplayer: Build, automate, and defend together with friends
No Conveyor Belts: Automate everything through configurable drone networks
Research Tree: Over 30 techs to unlock and discover
Power Poles: Manage and distribute power across your base
Alternate Recipes: Discover new ways to produce resources and optimize your supply chains
Engineering: Modify how your buildings function to suit your playstyle
Quests & Lore: Uncover the evolving story behind ALTAR and the threats lurking in cyberspace

I've been following the game for several years, and there's still no blueprint functionality or even simple copy/paste. I don't understand why: in my opinion, the game is literally unplayable without such functionality, since you need to expand, and placing EVERY STRUCTURE PERSONALLY is sophisticated form of torture. Meanwhile, the developers continue to say on their Discord that blueprints or copy/paste are definitely coming, even "sooner rather than later" – but it's already 2026, and I saw similar statements back in 2023. If you search, the developer promised them back in 2021; but blueprints are still missing. Apparently, there was a mod that implemented copy/paste, but it broke with the latest update. Save yourself some time, and don't buy this piece of "game design" and empty promises.
Remains a bit unpolished however, the recent announcement covers most of my major concerns.

Wanna be mindustry but failing at everythink Tutorial explains NOTHINK ive had no idea how to make the drons work for 30 minuts or smth Its hella boring and 90% of ive just was trying to figure out how to make really simple stuff work as of now i do not recommend you buy this just buy mindustry or anythink else really
good game but later on the game is laggy becouse of the drones as if there was an option not to show drones the game would be 10/10 but for now its a solid 8/10
VECTORIO EXPLAINED
the game is alittle like the game -the rift breaker- 1: you start in a tutorial realm with a hq in the middel where you learn how to place collectors/miners on resources collectors can hold abit of the resource they mine but thats not much so then you place cargo drones they move resources around into storage or into crafters that can combine resources into more complex resources (there are no conveyorbelts) crafting is just adding 2 resouces as far as i know no complex recipes also somthing about turning resources into liquid 2: during this the map is 1 chunk in a infinite grid of chunks you can buy chucks next to your chunk they say what resouces are in them and how dangerous they are(enemy hives) 3: enemys spawn from the edge of the unlocked map constanly so you need turrets turret use power (most other buildings dont) so they need to be connected to the hq with power lines 4: heat determens how fast enemys spawn and how strong they are right now heat is generated by some buildings but it will be changed in on the 15th of april to maybe be based on the size of the map im not sure 5: your goal in the tutorial world is to make a portal to the abyss realm you start the game over again in the abyss the real game you keep your upgrades and research in the abyss you do quests and unlock more things to build and fight enemy hives and fight bosses(temporarly not in game untill 15 of april)that are just sitting around in a unbought mapchunk i think also decoders that give engeneering mods that do special things like make a turret shot an extra projectile if equipped on the turret do quests and then make a portal to the next realm (not ingame yet its like a cold realm) with some unique realm features and you build a base again (all the portals can give some passive resouces if you start putting them in the portal before leaving) vectorio classic: its free 1 big map that expands to 1 side after each of the 4 bosses enemys spawn from the edge of it all buildings not in the radius of a reclaimer(power line) explode builder drones that build things insted of instant no crafting all buildings make heat new buildings are unlocked by reaching a certain heat and at a certain heat a boss spawns from 1 of the 4 sides and b-lines it straight for your hq and you have to spam turrets in its path to stop it at the end you can build units you control which has not yet come to new vectorio yeah im not a fan of the core gameplay i tryed classic again it wasnt great but it was fine
