Interesting game, but horribly executed. its very similar to other tower defenses like Mindustry, but this game has practically 0 depth. gameplay loop is simple. first, you add generators to resources, then add turrets to defend, then add reclaimers to expand territory. the problem here is this loop never changes, you just collect different colors of resources in the exact same way, and you defend them the same way. The largest issue is that in order to do anything in a reasonable amount of time without afk, you need to expand, but by expanding you need to add more defenses. this would be fine, if not for the fact that there is some sort of "total machine power" resource called heat. every building gives off heat, and in order to collect resources or defend them, you must spend that heat. this means you can very easily get to the point where you run out of heat and can no longer defend resources or expand to new ones. this means the optimal way to play is to get to high heat and afk. this allows you to stockpile resources, and once the boss spawns you spend them right away, adding the defenses you were supposed to build before the boss showed up. Its a very poor constraint on the player to stop them from expanding too quickly, and punishes players for trying to actually get any sort of throughput on anything. couple this with the EXPONENTIAL cost increases and you have a game that punishes you for trying to play it. additionally, im convinced the developer also felt these constraints as when you hit max heat the boss spawns not based on that threshold but instead by a button... why can I choose when the boss spawns? oh, its because its not possible for a normal person to be ready for it when they hit high heat, so the best course is to look where it spawns, get a bunch of resources saved, then delete your machines that are far away to allow you to make proper defenses for the boss. its just a bad game, in a genre where others have done better for years before this. seeing that this game came out more than 5 years ago tells you all you need to know, and in case you were wondering, yes, they sell DLC along side it

its been christmas for this game since 2023
As a tower defense fan I wanted to like this game, but whatever bug makes the speed thing not work just makes the game super boring (the shift & ctrl keys are supposed to speed up/slow down but they don't do anything and cannot be rebound). I think they've got a real shot at making this great but it's just such a drag to try and play at snail pace.
I like it
Zbyt dużo bugów, budynki się nie budują, brak szablonów czy kopiowania, pauza ani przyspieszenie czasu też nie działa
