✨VANILLABEAST: MYSTERY KINK✨

Story
🔸 The game takes us to a small town where our main protagonist, Vanilla, has arrived. We'll try to find all the Phallus Stones and unravel the secret they hide. Why were they so carefully hidden, and who's trying to use them? Every game needs a villain, and this one has one too! So it's time to assemble your gang of beautiful ladies and embark on this short adventure full of mystery, humor, and danger! 🔸 Even though the story isn't particularly long, it draws you in from the very first seconds of playing. If you're a fan of point-and-click games, you'll definitely enjoy not only the gameplay but also the many interesting scenes and references to popular figures, movies, and TV shows. Moreover, the game has excellent dialogue with plenty of jokes, some of which are sure to make you smile. Although some may be more difficult to understand than they seem, perhaps that's just my lack of knowledge on certain topics.

Gameplay
🔸 This is a point and click game with hidden objects and the ability to move around the locations. Finding and using items is the main task to progress the story. You should know that items can only be collected when you need them, so remember where they located, so that you don’t run around in a panic later) In addition to regular items, there are also collectibles ones, and some can only be obtained by completing requests. 🔸 Next important element is interacting with our van. There are several options: changing the heroine, crafting, and driving. Clicking on the last option will open a map where we'll have to choose a destination. There are 7 such places in total and they contain additional rooms or establishments that can also be accessed. 🔸 In addition to the MC, the game also features four heroines that you can control, and in some cases you'll need to do so to complete certain events. There are also secondary ones you can talk in the locations. They will give you little tips on what to do and tasks. If you find it difficult to beat the game, there is an official guide, which is available as a DLC. 🔸 Also game contains mini-games. There are six of them, and they complement the gameplay well, but honestly, they're quite long and feel like they could have been a bit shorter. 🔸 And a few things you might find inconvenient. First one is the lack of settings. You won't be able to adjust the volume, change controls, and turn off the laugh track. The second, is that the game should have the ability to run. Considering you can't collect all the items right away and have to move around the locations frequently, this feature is really necessary. 🔸 Replayability – The game can essentially be completed in a single playthrough. However, if you want to unlock all the achievements and missed something in first run, you'll have to play again and now more attentively check all the places.

Visual
🔸 Art – If you're a little tired of the AI-powered games out there, you can enjoy some stunning hand-drawn backgrounds, characters, and cutscenes here. The art is detailed enough, but at the same time it resemble painted sketches, evoking nostalgia for the good old games. This incredible style is captivating and it’s even a bit of a shame that game ends quite quickly. 🔸 Now, a little more detail about the characters. If you haven't read the game description, I'll tell you that it features four adult movie actresses. Their models are quite well-drawn and perfectly capture their diverse shapes and appearances. And what's even more important are the cutscenes with them. It'll give you plenty of opportunity to see them in interesting story events. The only flaw I can't help but mention is that some images are zoomed in on certain scenes and the resolution quality is quite low. Considering the other scenes, these stand out in a less-than-ideal way. 🔸 Animations – Of course, the game features animations, primarily the movement of our characters. They're quite smooth, without any visible flaws or bugs. There are also brief movements of secondary characters and the van's movement across the map. Mini-games are also animated. While I'm no expert, from the perspective of a regular player, everything looks very pleasant and clearly well-done. I think this is an excellent level for 2D graphics.

Adult Content
🔸 I think it's worth warning you that despite the participation of adult ctresses, there are no sex scenes in the game. Only erotic ones with topless girls and a few more that will hint at sex, but you won't see anything extra) After completing the game, you'll be able to undress your heroines and control them, admiring their breasts) There's also a DLC pack with bikini outfits for them. Well, it's probably worth mentioning that the game contains quite a few jokes related to sex, so the game is in any case only for adults)

Sounds
🔸 Another stunning feature of the game, after the visuals, is the excellent background music, which is different for each location (some don't have it, but it's also part of the atmosphere; for example, in the case of the farm, the music is replaced by ambient sounds). These aren't the only sounds you'll hear in the game; there are many others that will further immerse you in the experience. And finally, the most important element is the voice acting. The game features full voice acting for all the main characters, and even some secondary ones. And it was stated that the actresses voiced their characters themselves. The quality is excellent, and after playing games like these, it's hard to enjoy any other without these advantages.

Steam Features
🔸 Achievements – 27 Achievements. 🔸 Trading Cards – No Cards.

Conclusion
🔸 On the positive side, I'd like to point out the excellent visuals, stunning voice acting, and musical score. A good, albeit simple, story and funny dialogues. And also a few erotic scenes. Overall, this is more than enough to consider the game great and recommend it for play. 🔸 Of the things that could have been better, I would note the presence of settings for sound and controls, as well as the ability to run, to make the gameplay more active. A little more cutscenes and overall playthrough time. And improve the quality of some images. Point and click game that might be fun for someone that's nostalgic for the Leisure Suit Larry days of gaming. It's a short and easy. It's full of eye-rolling, cringe humor. Cringe even for a teenage version of myself, but that's ok. It's full of Pop culture references, especially in the horror genre. I grew up playing Friday the 13th on Nintendo, and loved the Crystal Lake parody in this game. They even made Jason purple as a callback to the NES game. I bought this on sale the day it came out, and had some fun playing for a few hours. My playtime says over 5 hours, but that includes cigarette and piss breaks. Can probably be beaten in 2 to 3 hours. A bit short, but I like classic point and click games, and I LOVE sleazy, trashy horror flicks from the '80s. So if that's down your alley, and you can have some fun with this game.
Here for a good time, not for a long time. While this game can be completed in just a few hours, the story, puzzles, and mini-games are very satisfying. This game is a who-done-it that excels in observation and having a mature sense of humor. The graphics are very top-notch. Building on the success of the developer's prior outing, this game feels like a comic book come to life. The characters all look phenomenal. The environments all feel unique. This game also rewards replayability to the discerning consumer. All the voice acting is on-point. Voiced by Vanilla and the ladies themselves, no corners were cut in delivering a premiere audio experience. All the girls have different personalities. Controls are simple. Very pick-up and play friendly. If you are looking for a game with some good jokes, pretty ladies, to kill a little time, definitely give Mystery Kink a good look.
Mystery Kink is a super funny mystery game! Easy to pick up and play and you don't have to think too hard. Just sit back and play. The animation is top notch and the voice acting is very good with a lot of funny quotes and innuendo. I had a fun time searching the map for all the clues. One of the levels, Camp Crystal Fake, is like a game within the game. If you are a fan of beautiful woman and comedy, this game is for you.
Quite a departure from the gameplay of Retro KO but another passionate homage to a classic genre of games. If you were around for point and click adventure games in their heyday, you will definitely feel the nostalgia as this game just oozes that DNA. Collect items, craft or use them to progress the story and solve the mystery. The same humor from Retro KO comes through in this game and it has much more VO work this time around to help hit the punchlines. Incredible references to games and pop culture, especially if you were around for the 80s and/or 90s. Just a true passion project, through and through. The artwork in this game is just incredible! And the music is equally well done, especially the parody songs. Hilarious lyrics and an amazing performance. This is what happens when a small team of passionate creators come together to make a game. A true indie diamond and I am proud to support this type of game!
Finally, a game that captures the 'Beavis & Butt-Head' era of gaming, but with way more... assets. If you miss the days of point-and-click adventures where the puzzles were fun and the jokes were immature, VanillaBeast: Mystery Kink is a total blast. It doesn’t take itself seriously, and that’s exactly why it works. It’s spooky, it’s ridiculous, and it’s the only place where "investigating a mystery" involves searching for Legendary Phallus Stones at a Renaissance Festival. Playing as Blake, Nickey and the rest of the crew makes solving crimes a lot more interesting than your average police procedural and more like an uncanny Saturday morning cartoon, if that cartoon was definitely rated R. The pop culture references also keep the game appealing. Come for the parodies, stay for the actually competent puzzle design. It’s a rare treat to find a game that captures the soul of the 90s Sega Genesis era without the guide-required frustration. The puzzles are logical but clever, and the voice acting from the main cast adds personality to the search. Plus, the crafting van comes in very handy. There is no need to walk across an entire map just to combine two items. The strategy guide and artbook aren't just extras, they’re worth the purchase alone for the incredible hand-drawn detail. If you want to support a game that actually has a soul (and a twisted sense of humor), VanillaBeast: Mystery Kink is a must-buy. 10/10, would get chased by a creepy guy in a barn again.
Such a fun witty game, I laughed all the way through its got so many cameos and references of the 80s and 90s. The girls are sexy and the dialog is fantastic. Also the story is gripping that there isn't a dull moment that I had to play it in one go cause I was having such a great time.
Mystery Kink is a solid throwback to the days of Leisure Suit Larry. Fun gameplay, silly humor and some T&A to top it all. It’s a game worth playing through and solving this Scooby Doo inspired mystery. Thoroughly loved the illustration and not so difficult puzzles and gameplay. Recommended for a quick low brow hit of video game goodness.
An absolute GEM of a game. Voice acting, music, story, art, everything was great. So many cringe jokes and pays homage to classic games, movies, and cartoons. I bought the deluxe edition just because it felt like one of those games I knew I was gonna love. I didn't really look at the strategy guide until the very end simply because there was no need. The game explained everything nicely during the tutorial. That being said, the guide was very well done as well. The developers wanted to make something special and they did. Highly recommended, whether you're here for the gameplay or just titties.
Are you a fan of Scooby Doo? Classic horror movies? Beautiful women? Parodies, great jokes, beautifully drawn scenes and characters, awesome voice-acting, a feisty orange cat that hates you but still follows you everywhere? If you said yes to any of the above, you will enjoy this game. Vanilla Gaming Company has hit a home run with this fun point-and-click adventure. You play as Vanilla (who drives the "Van"illa...yes, there are tons of amazingly terrible puns, too), who is on a quest to find the legendary Phallus Stones. Along for the ride (wink wink) are his fun, sexy sidekicks: Blake, Kiki, Jewel, and Nickey. They encounter tons of ridiculous characters who are more than happy to help out, as long as they are helped in return. Throughout the game, the gang needs to drive around and visit several different areas, each with their own fun set of background characters and easter eggs. You have to visit each location a few times in order to find everything there is to find, but the game doesn't make it feel like a chore, which I love. There's also a fun game-within-a-game about halfway through, which adds cool element to the overall feel of the gameplay. Each of the actresses voices themselves, which makes the game feel so much more authentic. It also adds to the replayability, as you can pick a different sidekick to accompany you at each location, and they don't all have the same lines for everything. The mini-games are also really well done. I've played some games that have way too many mini-games, and I've played others that rely on button mashing to get through them. MK has just the right amount, and they have just the right level of difficulty. Easy to complete if you just want to get through, a little harder to get perfect so you can get those trophies. Overall, this is a winner. My only complaint is that it went by too quickly, I wish it was longer! Still, job well done, VGC.
