Unpacking

I found unpacking really satisfying and relaxing. I just wish the game was longer. I feel like with about triple the amount of content, it would have felt like there was more of an arc and a satisfying feeling of closure. We could really take the characters all the way to family members packing things back into boxes when it is all over. Maybe the creators could expand on the game at some point.

I wish I can be this organized irl. (Had to restart because my brain prioritized into organizing everything instead of understanding the actual lore). (The lore was great!)

I really like this kind of games and I played this one over and over but I wish there would be more... like more stories than just this one... Like the story of the girlfriend or other people that have nothing to do with the first one.

A beautiful little game that tells a story through its environment. I really saw myself in the main character and all that they went through. Such a real, and relatable, story told in the most beautiful way. I highly recommend this game if you want a chill puzzling experience, and a story that doesn't just tell you straight up.

Unpacking is short, sweet, and really charming! I'm very impressed by the amount of narrative and emotion the creators were able to convey just through the environmental storytelling. I wasn't expecting to have an emotional reaction to this game, but I quickly grew attached to our protagonist and found myself happy for her, angry for her, and proud of her. The game is also great mechanically, especially if you're the kind of person who likes to sort things and line them up nicely. There are a lot of different objects to unpack, and they all make very satisfying clinks, taps, and thunks when you put them down. There were a few objects I didn't recognize, but I had no trouble finding out what they were by searching online real quick. The music is relaxing and the art is beautiful and immersive. I had a great time with this game, and I expect to enjoy it just as much on a replay, too.

never thought I’d play a game that makes me squeal in joy at two different looking boxes being next to each other

Uno de los juegos más adorable y cozy de mi biblioteca. Es tan casual que podrías jugarlo entero de principio a fin una tardecita (o una madrugadita para los nocturnos :P) sin darte cuenta que no te has levantado en unas 3 horitas. Lo he jugado 3-4 veces y me sigue gustando lo tranquilo, acogedor y casual que se siente el juego. La historia es linda y interesante. Contada a partir de los años vas viviendo las mudanzas de la protagonista (quién diría que una mudanza contara tantas cosas) La banda sonora es impecable como su estilo de pixel art y sólo agregan un plus a lo que el juego aporta. Muy recomendado, tira del váter en cada escena ;)

fun time waster

Very very cute little zen puzzle game with nice environmental storytelling. It's a nice 4 hours of game, and made me really happy to go through. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a palate cleanser.
