Uncle Nook's Monster Emporium

This game is awesome! I have been following it for a while and I can say that it has really changed. This newest version is a blast. It kinda feels like a game designed for everyone, but also just for me. It has elements of old school FPS, horror, roguelike, lite-humor, mystery, and puzzles. For any game, all of these elements would really be a lot to balance, but Uncle Nook's handles it gracefully to say the least. I think what has me coming back to it the most is the roguelike elements. It feels like there is almost always something new to find, a new secret to unlock, a new weapon, or some game breaking combination of relics to pick up. It's difficult, but not overly challenging. I think most people will get a sense of satisfaction out of beating it, but won't be throwing their computer at the wall either. It's a really great balance, like most else in this game. It runs super smooth, and I was VERY happy to see resolution and frame rate settings that worked for my setup. Overall, I really did like this game. I would give it a 9/10. There's a few rough parts around the edges, but from what I've seen, the team making this game have been consistently updating and adding content. Not sure if more is planned, but I can only hope. Give it a shot and you won't be disappointed!

Un roguelike de terror/comedia que compre de oferta para joder un rato pero que me termino gustando. Tiene una estetica muy piola 10/10, espero que sigan actualizando el juego.

Been playing a lot, and manage to complete the game once on bad ending to due to bad roll on this Rogue-like horror game thanks to Vinny of Vinesauce in Steam Speen. Although Vinny played in Alpha version though. I totally recommend it but it is up to you and your taste. It sure captured my interest in this play style. I sure hope there will be more of this kind of game in the future. Stay classic. In addition, this game is compatible on Steam Deck. I played it on my Steam Deck OLED 1TB both handheld, and Steam Declk Docked. Though on Dock the resolution is bad on text boxes like reading description on bosses but I didn't care. The gameplay runs perfect.
