Uncharted Tides: Port Royal

Много лет спустя, его дочь Мэри Джейн, тоже капитан, получила таинственное письмо от одного из друзей Мейсона, где были намёки, что она сможет найти своего отца. И вот она, вместе со своим другом, профессиональным вором, Джеком отправляется за более точной информацией. По пути она встретится с пиратами, солдатами, папуасами и призраками, всё как в приключенческих книжках про пиратов и ещё немного мистики. Тут у нас есть предметы, которые мы будем искать и использовать там, где надо. Есть задачки и хитрые замки, с которыми надо разобраться. Есть люди, с которыми можно пообщаться и узнать что-то новое. В общем, как в любой подобной игре. Периодически мы будем переключаться между Мэри Джейн и Джеком, что позволить нам более полно узнать о всех их злоключениях. Ещё есть обязательные коллекционные предметы, запрятанные по всей игре. Как оказалось, они спрятаны не на каждом экране, о чём я узнал, потратив кучу времени на обшаривание одной из локаций. К сожалению, тут есть таинственные замки и закрытые тайники, а также нелогичное использование предметов, которое я так не люблю. Правда, это компенсируется редкой для подобных игр тематикой, интересным сюжетом, который к концу основательно сдувается, и шикарной картинкой. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3223136393 О, да, нарисовано всё просто отлично. Ночные джунгли, маяк, город и руины – всё прорисовано со всем тщанием. Листики и цветы на деревьях, кирпичи на стенах, оснастка на корабле, интерьеры домов – такая детализация создаёт правильную атмосферу. Её добавляет хорошая озвучка и музыка. Может игра и не без недостатков, но она интересная и про пиратов, так что рекомендую.

I love HOGs, but with this one, the puzzles were ridiculously easy. The bonus chapter was extremely short.

It's a good HOG, but a little bit overpriced. It took me about 4h for 100% and bonus.

How come Jack looks better on the cover and not in the game itself? :s With that major question out of the way, I thought the game was pretty fun. The game also swaps you between two characters, giving you different perspectives. Although the puzzles and H.O. scenes might seem simplistic to a hardcore person... You do know that there is fun in simplicity too, right? Ah well. There isn't much to go over in this one... It was just right/fine for me. Thank yous!!! :) =) :>

It was good. I liked the pirate theme. Some parts weren't super clear on what to do so that made it longer than most of the newer games. You switch between two characters so that was different and interesting. The collectibles weren't always obvious because they would blink in and out slowly. I just had a few cons: Jack's voice did not suit him and there weren't that many HO scenes or puzzles. The bonus chapter was just a short prologue that wasn't important. A few of the achievements required practice and preparation as they were harder.

[i]<Game native resolution: 1366x768>[/i] Four years after I began playing hidden object adventure games, it's nice to still be able to find something new in Uncharted Tides: Port Royal. It has two playable characters, who work together to move forward. This is an approach I've only seen once before in an adventure game, STASIS: Bone Totem. Uncharted Tides doesn't allow switching anytime you want like Bone Totem, but it still makes things a little bit more interesting. https://store.steampowered.com/app/1426010/STASIS_BONE_TOTEM The gameplay here felt a little above average in difficulty. Hidden object scenes are very cluttered and I never got the achievement for completing one in less than 30 seconds. There were a few puzzles types I've never seen before. The very short (30min) bonus adventure has one of those horrible puzzles about lining things up, but where moving one element moves other elements. I never skip puzzles in HOAGs, but I decided not to do this trash puzzle. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3273953612 The voice acting is also a bit above average, but the woman who voices Mary Jane makes mistakes with some incorrect vowel pronunciations in the English RP accent she was doing. Uncharted Tides ends with the main issue unresolved and the characters proclaiming that they'll continue onwards, showing that the developer expected to make this a series. Five years later, there have been no sequels and the developer, Cordelia Games, hasn't released any more games. I was blown away by their first game, Kingmaker: Rise to the Throne, and I've just got one more of their games to buy, play and review. Отличная, корсарская игра.

우선 게임 실행이 안된다면 스팀 설정에서 '게임 내 Steam 오버레이 사용'항목을 꺼라. 꺼져있다면 켜라. 앱 실행이 안되서 호환성도 건드려보고 별거 다 건드려봤는데 스팀에서 저 설정 건드니까 실행이 되더라 문디사의 무난한 HOG 게임 실종된 아버지 찾는 딸과 딸에게 고용된 좀도둑이 해적과 만나 쫓기고 표류하고 온갖 고난을 겪으면서 탐험하는 내용의 스토리. 좀 산으로 가는 전개나 급전개가 있긴하지만 무난한 HOG 스토리라 생각된다 이 작품의 가장 큰 특징은 조작할 수 있는 캐릭이 두명이라 어느 정도 진행되면 다른 캐릭 시점으로 바뀌어서 진행하고, 그 캐릭만이 가진 특기/아이템으로 문제를 해결하게 된다. 캐릭을 바꾸면서 진행하는 HOG가 참 드물어서 신선한 맛에 즐겁게 플레이했던것 같다 그 외에 시스템은 늘상 보던 문디사의 여타 작품들과 엇비슷하다. 지도도 있고 힌트도 있고 클리어 후에 전일담 볼 수 있는 컨텐츠도 있고. 오래된 게임이지만 그래픽도 상당히 좋은 편이다 단점이라면 한글 번역이 처참한 점. 도저히 뭐라고 하는지 모르겠어서 다른 언어로 바꾸고 플레이했다. 내용 중시하는 분들은 한글 번역 처참하니 참고하셔라. 또 퍼즐에서 조작이 불편한 부분이 종종 나왔고, 퍼즐에 대한 설명이 없어서 어떻게 풀어야하는지 헤매는 경우가 몇 번 있었다. 아무거나 막 누를수가 없었던게, 실수 없이 클리어해야 업적이 따지는 미니 게임이 몇개 있어서 신중하게 플레이하게 만들더라 무난한 문디사의 평타치는 HOG니 문디사 HOG 좋아한다면 추천. 단, 세일할 때 사자. 반값해도 비싼감이 있다

Grundsolides Wimmelbildspiel mit schönem Artwork, kleineren(!) Ausrutschern bei der Übersetzung und teils unnötig schweren Minispielen. Das Spiel beinhaltet hierbei relativ wenige klassische Wimmelbildszenen, sondern legt den Fokus auf das Suchen und Benutzen von Gegenständen in der Welt. Es ist somit kein perfektes Spiel, macht aber durchaus Laune - und das ist das, was wirklich zählt. Wer Wimmelbildspiele mag, bekommt hier etwa 4-5h Spielspaß. Für den vollen Preis von 14,79 € würde ich es jedoch nicht kaufen.
