Ultima Adventum

Played about 5 hours into the game. Current party level 20. Pros: -> Great Music -> Good story -> Early monsters are easy, Later pack of 5 monsters take few turns to kill, Bosses are fun (takes about 10+ turns to kill them) -> Excellent graphic HQ, you see smooth edges on every objects & characters -> Addicting gameplay (Turn based combat like Final fantasy) -> Lots of weapons / armors to purchase and upgrade your character with just like Final fantasy 4-5. -> Lots of treasures in dungeon and Monsters are visible not invisible encounters. -> Limited Monsters so make sure to kill every single one of them if possible, you can grind by not avoiding some monsters. -> Easy to walk through dungeons, you won't miss treasures / part of the dungeon 90%+ of the time. Cons: -> Full screen mode is only viable option to play as Window mode is very small without any option selection to increase size. -> TP resets at every battle so you can't stack up for boss fight, etc for burst damage. -> No Journal entry for Main quest/Sub Quest. So pay attention to NPC dialogues. Overall, Highly Recommended for $8.00 CAD. I am willing to pay $20 for this game.

Too short, not the ultima from my youth. Only seven hours to complete and although cheap, not worth it.

great game - concept good- liked characters - pity game was short - needs follow up game as the ending leaves much to be desired. good weapons and spells at end of game, mapping was a big help

An RPG should at least capture your interest in the first hour or two. This one is uninspired, repetitive and boring. I wont return it as it has no other reviews. I'll play it a little more and if it gets better I'll update this review.

Basic RPG. Seems linear. For those trying to figure out where you access the guide book, right click the game in steam, select manage, select local files, click on the guide book. It is about 45 pages long and includes maps, secret rooms, basic explanations, and treasure or item lists for each map. Worth it on super 80% off sale if you are a completionist. Not needed if you have a basic understanding of RPG. 12 minutes into the game, it is fun if you are looking for a basic RPG. The game has a lack of modern character creation, it is linear, has limited mobs, and basic cheat lists available online.

Very good game. Solid. Difficulty average. Took about 30 hrs to complete but I'm a completionist a bit. Worth the money.

There are many reasons why someone plays an RPG like interesting story/characters, good fights or even because it looks good. Well, not one of the above counts for this game: the story is ..eh is there an story? You just get thrown into something and than swim or sink. The characters are..well I played for little over 3 hours and the characters are so dull they just fit the usual RPG standard: Wizard/Monk/Archer/Healer. The fights.....even for an RPGMaker game it is poor to use the standard enemies. And the graphics....maybe 10 (or more) years ago it would be good for an RPGMaker game...but this one was published in 2021...so the graphics are more than poor. Not worth even if it is on sale with 100% discount.

Which rpg maker was used to make this?

Am Anfang des Spieles, dachte ich noch das es interessant sein könnte, aber bis auf die Truhen was man einsammeln kann (Waffen,Glück, Equipment und Heilitems) ist das Spiel ziemlich langweilig. Sidequests bis auf eine wäre mir keine aufgefallen. Die zusätzlichen Burgen wo man trainieren kann sind zwar gut grundsätzlich, aber langweilig wenn nur 1-2 verschiedene Gegner pro Platz auftreten. vor allem alle immer pro Location gleich aussehen. Wenn diese besiegt sind kommen auch keine mehr nach. Ich konnte mit Level 14 den Vater und seine getreuen besiegen. Das zeigt schon alles. Folgende Dinge sind mir NICHT augefallen - Humor - Goodies - Geheimgänge - Ich kann das Spiel nur negativ bewerten. Die Musik ist okay aber nichts weltbewegendes. Ich rate von dem Spiel ab.
