Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Sep 1 → 0.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

it should’ve been spyro and ty instead of spyro and crash , loved this game as a kid loved this game coming back to it 15 years later ❤️ thank you for this gem
Remaster looks great and runs well, was a lot of fun coming back to this classic after never finishing it as a kid since my dumbass couldn't figure out how to beat the shark boss. It's on the shorter side (100% will take you around 15-20 hours) but it's worth the price if you're into 3D platformers. I feel so much more knowledgeable about Australia after playing this game.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 14: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Warto wracać do tego starego dobrego klasyka z dzieciństwa ❤️❤️
I grew up with this game as a teenager and I loved it. Now I'm playing it again as adult I love it same as I first played it! This game is super fun!
Ty the Tasmanian Tiger
Genre: 3D Platformer / Jump ’n’ Run Perspective: 3rd Person My Rating:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 💙Summary (TLDR): Ty is yet another classic platformer and I absolutely love it! The general gameplay is very smooth and progressing through colorful levels with funny soundtracks, a whole lot of different boomerangs each with their own style and effects and a cast of hilarious characters made for a great time! The humour and dialogue in this game is at points a tad bit cringe and bad but I found it amusing and I really enjoyed my time with this game just as much as I did on the PS2! This is truly a game that lets the platformer heart beat happily!
The Positives

Colorful levels that are just the right size, neither too big nor too small!
Wonderful soundtracks, I enjoyed the music overall!
Actual true platforming how it used to be. As in the majority of the game is actually spent as TY running, jumping and climbing through the biomes rather than a bazillion vehicle or shooter-sections. The one "vehicle"-level is not frustrating and surprisingly done very well and entertaining so this is a big plus! The few sliding sections are done well and the controls are very easy so this game even manages to make this smooth which isn't something that many other platformers can say about themselves!
The many variations of the boomerang TY can use is interesting and offers a lot of fun, each boomerang has their own style with unique effects and some enemy types require specific boomerangs to damage.
The story is adorable, it might not be the grandest but I really enjoyed it!
The characters are all adorable with their own unique personalities and overall they brought about a very good vibe throughout the entire game - I would describe it as very cozy!
This game in my personal opinion has a very healthy amount and balance of different collectibles. The gears, thundereggs and opals are easy to find and even though some of the hidden bilby-friends was a bit tough in some levels it still isn't too frustrating. The only thing is if you are impatient and run around too fast it might be an opal isn't sucked towards you fast enough and you end up with 299/300. Now THAT will be a pain, trust me!

The “Not So Goods”

If you have no experience with this game the bossfights are hella confusing. There is nothing explained and it is basically a "trial and error" thing if you do not want to use a guide. Once you know what to do the fights are actually quite simple though!
Despite us having so many different boomerangs, actually you end up needing maybe two or three at most. There are clearly "BiS" boomerangs but this is only a problem if you want to be most efficient. This game is pretty easy so nothing speaks against experimenting with weird boomerang choices.
I absolutely did not enjoy the bonus levels. I won't spoiler but they felt so unecessary and boring to me, especially after I completed Hardcore and needed to do them for the 100% Hardcore achievement.
TL;DR: A childhood platforming and collectathon favorite. I've always felt it should be up there with Banjo Kazooie and Super Mario 64.
Ty the Tasmanian Tiger was one of the first games I ever played, so I have a bit of a soft spot for it. Playing it start to finish for the first time since my childhood, I've felt something of a friction with it, between the snarky critic I am, and the pure-intentioned kid I was. Ty is good for what it is; it has rough edges of course, and is less perfect now than I remembered it, but it's certainly still a smooth, relaxing diet Jak & Daxter: The Precursor Legacy (I do mean this in a good way). The music is fantastic, the levels are memorable, the character designs are iconic, and the way all of this sensory information weaves together is just... Cozy. It's a cozy game. The variety of enemies, levels and rangs keeps things very fresh - you can make significant progress in this game without feeling that things are getting stale, and it's thanks to the fact that the setting you're in, the variety of enemies you're fighting, and the variety of weapons (rangs) you get to use scale with your progress. It helps sell the notion that you're moving forwards. To offer a fair counter-balance though, the rough spots are worth mentioning. While the overall game comes across well, there are quite a few "seams" that you find upon further scrutiny. Level geometry with weird UVs in some places, shadows with strange aliased gaps in them - these are no big deal, they don't hinder the experience much if you're not paying them any mind. But, the story is rather simple, which is probably what you want, given the target audience. But some part of me wonders if there could have been a little more effort in the writing department? Just a bit. The writing and the dialogue are very barebones, and really only serve as the bare minimum in player direction. To use Jak & Daxter as a reference again, the characters had a lot more to say in that game, and you felt more connected to them as a result. When reviewing a game like this, particularly harsh criticism can read somewhat like a TheMysteriousMrEnter essay about 9/11, so I'll leave it at this: You're not playing Ty for its narrative richness, you're playing it for unadulterated fun. The story is more of a binder for the rest of the game, like egg in a burger patty. The Doom approach to balancing story and gameplay. This is more of a preferential criticism, and probably nobody else really cares, but I tend to want to care more about the world I'm supposed to be saving. I still recommend Ty the Tasmanian Tiger no matter what. Because despite my pedantic criticisms, the game remains, at its core, a nostalgic childhood stable. While I try to resist the profound effect of my rose-tinted glasses, and respect the fact that this game is by now way past my time, I believe firmly that the game remains worthy of purchase, so long as you're not expecting unfounded magic.
