Enjoyable take on the tower defense genre. Maybe a bit short, but I had a blast!
-Story is awesome -Beutiful sourounding and music -Awesome combinations of guns and weaponry -Awesome Train combat systhem I enjoyed this game, at first I was skeptic even more by the look of the low price, but when I played it all of it was gone you have a beutiful setting on tracks wile defending from evil bandits in western times, totaly awesome I would have atleast payed 5 or 7 Bucks for this came hope they put out some extra Storys and maybe bring out a 2nd and 3rd part of this game or even a mutiplayer game were 2 trains drive next to each other(players can controll the train speed and the train guns) and then you can fight as Driver, Marshall or Gunner the other Train and there Members, upgrade it and do awesome gun upgrades and fight of other trains and Players. Buy this game for sure and support these intellegent creators!!!
Has a similar vibe to old browser games. Nothing groundbreaking gameplay wise, but the core loop of "upgrade train -> use upgraded train to get money -> use money to upgrade train" is fun. Not super long, I finished the story in under 4 hours, probably would take a couple more to unlock everything.
nice. more please!!
Very short (12 missions, each 2-4 minutes long) and basic, but an unusual take on the on-rails shooter. Worth a buck or two when discounted.
What a waste of time, patience and idea. I was expecting a good game, but it's completely unbalanced. You have to play over and over again the same phases to get enough money to improve "a little bit" your HP and damage, and the improvements are possible to get ONLY if you finish every stage in time (gold, silver, bronze). I'm stuck on the level 3, after replaying the 1 and 10 times in total. Enough.
This brings me back... Definitely pick up the soundtrack. :P
we need to return to this era of gaming...
Good but short story. Old school vibes. Quite ok graphics but many times some things might feel off. Map design is good, but tracks could be placed in more seamless way. Awesome train management view. Excellent voice acting. The contracts system is qute challenging but also rewarding. The cutscenes aspired to be something great, but they lacked details, making the overall art feel like poorly colored concept art. Overall i am recommending this title as it is at least 5/10, but it might be better. I like trains!
