In Tukki & Champ a chameleon rides a toucan and they compete for food in an asymmetrical local 2-player matchup. Fly strategically as Tukki or aim precisely as Champ to grab more food than your opponent, in a game where you and your adversary move as one.
Revenue comes from in-game items and microtransactions, which our price-based model doesn't estimate. Copies below reflect the player base, not paid sales.

This is a local 2-players game. One of you controls the bird and the other controls the frog. You need to eat more bugs than the other party to win. Eating the hive will reduce your value. You can consider playing this game with your friends around. However, due to too little game content, you will soon get tired of the game. -------------------------------------------------- Manual achievement: 0/0

Tukki & Champ is a game design student project that's been published on Steam so the students can feel good about themselves. It's a very simple two player local game where one player uses the mouse and the other uses the "space" and "control" keys on the keyboard. The keyboard player controls the toucan, "Tukki", and the mouse player controls the chameleon, "Champ". Imaginative names. Tukki moves a little like an ostrich in Joust, except you can't steer, you can just use CTRL to change your direction. Champ aims and shoots with the tongue. The objective? Eat all the bugs. The player that eats the most wins. So as the Tukki player you need to get to the bugs to eat them, but the Champ player is riding on you and has range to attack... it's a novel idea. But is it fun? No. And "fun" isn't the point here, this is a student project for students, not a game developed with gamers in mind. I'm not sure the students passed the course on this one. From a technical standpoint, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... it simply won't look right on almost every PC. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for many differently-abled gamers. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. While this is free, it's just a student project and lacks any deep merit or interest for gamers. This was just published on Steam for the sake of making the students feel like they passed their course.
Соревновательный симулятор ловли мошек и букашек.
Beautiful game to play and pass a good time with the family or a friend only needing one low-resource pc and for free!
У Tukki & Champ хамелеон їде на тукані, і вони змагаються за їжу в асиметричному локальному матчі для двох гравців. Літайте хитро, граючи за Туккі, або намагайтесь точно захоплювати їжу, граючи за Чемпа!
its cute and free, give it a shot if you got a friend to play with
A cute local multiplayer game. Both players try to catch enough bugs to reach a winning score, but have asymmetric abilities. Player A as the Tucan controls the overall movement, but has very limited range to grab bugs, while Player B as the Chameleon is stuck to the Tucans back but can use its' long tongue to reach bugs from far away. This setup proves interesting enough for a few minutes of lighthearted fun. If you like local multiplayer games, give it a spin! It's free in any case and you can't go wrong trying it out..
