True Disc Golf

The physics are so satisfying and realistic. You choose nose angle,release angle, aim point, and power for your shots. Putting is challenging enough and fun, The disc selection is accurate to true flights and has plenty of disc selection. You can throw floaty anheizers, rollers, sky shots, strait darts, and its easy to shank shots too playing with controller. Not a tremendous amount of courses and the graphics arent impressive but iv played a couple of the courses in real life, would love to see the game grow it has a great foundation

Disc golfer recommended. The best representation of disc golf in video game format I've encountered, and I've searched top to bottom. What makes this better than the rest? Accurate flight physics, wind physics and real life discs that I already know. Add that to the IRL courses I see on the Pro Tour and you'll see this is obviously a disc golf game made a true disc golfer. All my hundreds of hours is on the Switch. I'm embarrassed how many hours on the Switch and early Steam demo. The default difficulty setting has the game playing like a disc golf simulator, vs. an easy arcade game. It makes you think about your shot shape, lines through the trees, wind direction, ect... It's pretty true to life. I look forward to all the future development of the game.

I've been eagerly waiting for this release. It did not disappoint! It offers a nice training system, a good selection of discs and stats for the discs. Other pro's; the controls are intuitive, the speed, wind and drag stats allow you to accurately predict your aim. Nothing felt like a sensationalist gimmick. It was Pure Disc golf once I turned off the music. I appreciate the disc hitting the fairway, water, chains or basket all giving a satisfying sound that complete the immersion experience. I've been playing Disc Golf a long time and used to enter tournaments regularly. Of all the Disc Games I've played this is my top pick.

Takes a minute to figure out what controls you like but unlike a lot of games that just want you to click a button to play, this takes skill! The more you play, the better you'll get, which feels a lot like actual disc golf. You can also play with a Tech Disc and essentially play entirely virtual disc golf rounds while throwing a real disc, which is a really cool feature! Excited for the future of this one!

So far the best disc golf video game I have tried, if you enjoy disc golf this is the game to get. Innova Dart in game? ✅ 10/10

It's a pretty fun game to scratch the itch indoors. Having all the different real discs is nice....[strike]but, some of the flights seem wonky. It feels like you can pretty much just pick a driver, a mid, and a putter and that's all you really need. Setting my player to amateur and choosing slower speed discs leaves you at a complete fail for some holes that require an extreme drive over water or OB lines. Would probably feel more fun without those kinds of holes or provide maybe "AM vs PRO" tees on some of those. That or allow for a short layup to at least set you at the edge and give you a chance at not going OB or hazard. That was the least fun thing I found though. Had a minor bug coming out of a course that left some stat menu on the screen preventing me from accessing the menu. Had to close and restart, not a big deal just throwing it out there.[/strike] Overall though, the game is fun and gives a nice feel for finding your lines and putting. I love the putting! It actually feels pretty good and I find the decisions I'd make putting on a real course translate in game as well. I'll spend more time with disc mechanics such as angle and nose to see if it flattens some of my issues with drives and approach, but I'm satisfied with the game. I think it's done a great job of porting real life disc golf into a game that feels fairly intuitive to real disc golf. Sitting here in winter, this game made me sad I couldn't pick up my bag and go throw lol. Check it out if you're a disc golfer, the price is good, and it'll kill some downtime when you can't play for real :) [strike]7/10[/strike] Revision: I switched from "3-click" to "stick" and it was absolutely night and day better! Using the stick on my pad felt intuitive and gave me far more control of my shots/putts in a way that seemed lacking when I was using the 3 click method. This made the game instantly fun and less frustrating for me. The OB lines are still annoying on most courses but at least I feel like I can maneuver them far better. This little change on MY part made the game feel much much more closer to actual disc golf! 8.5/10 for me now!

Overall- a very fun game that has engaging and rewarding gameplay I do have a few gripes, however. At its current state- the game feels very janky and in a 'demo' state. The graphics could definitely be more crisp, the UI feels unpolished and absent in many areas, there are game freezing bugs in competitive play, and a lack of spectating variability during matchmaking/co-op gives the game a slightly incomplete feel. Despite that, this is still an awesome game and I can see the potential for this to be one of the greatest disc golf games on the market. If this is on a slight sale, I'd 100% recommend buying a copy

Game is fantastic and has the best physics of any disc golf game I have played. Definitely needs some graphical updates and maybe mod support/map creator but great game if looking for a realistic disc golf game.

The best disc golf game available. It gets all the important aspects right and I think I saw that the dev is adding more courses and updates. It's just simple to get into and it plays very smoothly. 9/10 Currently there is no AI player to compete against, would love to see that option.
