Train go brrrr
This game is such a great way to express my love for trains. Specifically talking ones. And yes that is the best use for it. Sorry rail-only-fans, but Trainz 19 is at it's peak when you download a bunch of Thomas the Choo-Choo Tank Train content and make videos, pictures, routes etc based off that. It's good for other stuff, but this is why I bought this. But... it's overall a 7/10. Not bad, but not perfect either. I don't even use the steam version anymore, but rather the one from the Auran store, and the oldest build of the game cause it's the least buggy, SP1.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It uh was pretty fun but it take a little long to load.
I would recommend this to people who like British Railways, as it comes with two British routes if you buy the UK, or the World edition. you get all of the routes if you buy the world edition, and even if you only buy the UK edition, you also get an American route and a handful of locomotives, sessions, and more with it. The two British routes are a 1930's GWR route, and a 70's British Rail route. Both of these routes come with plenty of locomotives, rolling stock, and the both of the routes are pretty massive. My biggest problem though is with the BR route, as its locomotives and rolling stock can be seen clipping into station platforms, tunnels, and bridges. And unlike the GWR route, it only contains 2 sessions, both express services, the BR route lacks variety, no freight sessions, local passenger, or shunting. There are some things to note however, you need a pretty decent PC or a more recent MAC in order to run at a stable frame rate and higher graphics, especially on bigger routes, I wouldn't recommend using this as a MAC user unless you have a MAC from 2020 or later. Additionally, you can upload community made content to this game, BUT there are certain limitations. for example you cant' use locomotives, routes, etc. that were made for newer games, like TRS22. you also are limited by how far back you can go, as if you use things made before a certain point the game will refuse to download certain parts of it. It is also important to note that these community made assets, like trains, rolling stock, routes, etc, can take up a LOT of space, and it is VERY hard to get rid of said assets if you want to clear up space on your computer, I still have not figured out how. I would rate the base UK version a 8/10, and if we are talking about deluxe and community content along with it, a 6.5/10.
