F2P is now locked behind a paywall for campaign maps, that were all F2P before...
A fun, accessible, and impressive game that holds up the Trackmania name. It does, however, have an incredible fault than just being on Ubisoft’s storefront for so long - the game is subscription based! You are given about 30 minutes of content a week, once a quarter the game uploads a new campaign for about another 30 minutes of content. Everything else is blocked behind a paywall. Years of maps, different servers, gamemode varieties, and car customization are all locked behind payment. This is a more equal way of keeping a game free than something like microtransactions – but I can’t help and wish that they were more predatory and made the whales pay everyone else’s way into more content. Massive game behind a 20 USD yearly subscription.

Insane game-play and graphics, one of the coolest arcade racing game on planet ! But UBISOFT are scumbags 'cause they made paid you an SUBSCRIPTION for playing all the map pool ???? Imagine same in cs, you cannot prac more that Dust2 Mirage and inferno, the other are in a subscription !?!? Just made the game 30€ and we good no ? Very disappointed as usual with ubisoft, they like to ruined insane game.
Trackmania used to be fun. But now it is locked behind a paywall. I really liked this game, but over time it got worse. Do not recommend.
I wouldn't really mind the game being subscription based since the price is a remotely adequate, but their feints with moving everything out of steam is disgusting: * standalone launcher sucks. period. * you can't pay via steam. * even for tmnf they moved UPDATES out of steam. It's shady at best
Don't download, you will get heavily addicted, worse than crack.
i bought club on xbox but i couldent make a skin, so i download it on PC and i dont have club because Xbox and Steam are 2 different markets and my subscription dosent transfer
YEPTREE-00000027 terrible game
Left for a while, came back, and now I have to pay to play solo
