I loved this game and forced myself to endure the gacha nonsense and seeing how far I could get as a F2P, I wasn't even mad when the whales were 50x more powerful than I was. I turned it into a solo game and had a blast because I loved the aesthetic, new maps and worlds were awesome. Then I came back one day and the devs just just deleted my character and all my hardwork was gone and in that moment I realized the devs truly didn't care. The game was not near good enough to endure a fresh start. How could any dev honestly wipe all progress in a gacha game when someone could potentially have given you $1000's? Reading other reviews seems I'm not the only one. Like, devs do you not want more money? No one is going to start from the beginning after being betrayed like that and your game was already struggling. This game is another classic case where it could have been huge if it wasn't for greedy game design and competent devs. I feel for all the artists and designers who made a great game only for it to be ruined by execs and the need to milk and manipulate players.
Hundreds of hours played and money spent. account wiped and it's all gone.

Зашёл проверить как там игра спустя несколько лет. Оказалось что моего аккаунта уже и след простыл. Спасибо владельцам игры что дали мне возможность окончательно дропнуть это гoвнo.
Just another gacha game. Not bad not good either. It's just that it feels like the powercreep is wayyy too overblown where it doesnt respect your time or even your money if you spend.
deleted my account i had since launch for no reason
Abandonware
Don't play it
Man, if only this game actually had the audacity to not make everything a slog
this good should be genshin upgrade, but it become worse...confusing UI, no full controller support, no simulcra quick switch, only weapon....luckily wuwa arrived on steam...
Fun at first, but the whale gap ruins the long game. I had a lot of fun with this game in the beginning. Exploring the new maps and hitting the initial grind felt great. Plus, the community is awesome—if you're struggling, high-tier whale players are always willing to jump into your game and carry you through tough content. Unfortunately, the positives stop there. The story and character acting are completely uninteresting. On top of that, the gameplay loop becomes incredibly repetitive. Unlike other games I've played, Tower of Fantasy demands a ridiculous amount of your time just to stay relevant. If you don't play constantly, you get left behind fast. The worst part is that no matter how hard you optimize your gear, the massive power gap between free-to-play and whales makes your effort feel pointless. I'm not sure if the devs are ever going to fix this cycle. It's worth trying for a few hours of exploration, but there are definitely better games out there.
