About
Tower Networking Inc is a blend of simulation and economic-strategy with rogue-like elements. Physically connect your clients to your networks by patching cables into switches, routers and data risers. Run an internet service provider in a tower that keeps building random floors. Each new floor comes with unique residences and/or offices that naturally has a variety of different needs.
As the network operator, you are tasked to provide connectivity and various IT related services to the residents in the tower on a limited budget. Your board of directors have a strict policy where you must never go over-budget or face termination from your role. Additionally, some of your clients have service level agreements (SLA) and you must ensure their internet connection (and the services they need) stays up. If any of them files a complaint, then its game-over!.
Your goal is to ensure your internet service provider runs as long as possible.
RUN AN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER: Provide internet services to residences and offices in an ever-expanding randomly generated tower.
CABLE MANAGEMENT SIMULATION: Spaghetti ahoy! Link up switches and routers with various types (and lengths) of network cables.

Great!.. Yet, how do I put it... It´s like "My Summer Car" in iptables, routing, "firewalling" and building network structure. It will put you in a Hospice even if you know the stuff, AND, if you don´t read at least the router/routing wiki info in game word by word, 10 times, 20 if needed until you get your bearings and get comfortable routing ports and protocols, even if you very experienced in networking, I mean it, the routing info OF THIS GAME is the core golden info that need to be known, in this game... Even if lacking a lot to be written and designed in the game (as I write 2026/4/20), Dev did a great job there in the router section, and you´ll see it, again, each word there count, read again until you can recite that from start to end. - ~Oh, But ooh I´m a very experienced, I know a lot and everything about, I´m IT, networking operator, builder, engineer, computer science PhD, super mega, gigatera ultrablaster~... SHUUSH, you are nothing, know nothing in this game, go read the router section til u get it... if, you don´t wanna be taken running naked around the streets. Enjoy, if you do, get some reserve keyboards aside, be advised !.. Or forget it and run.
This game is so good now. I was playing with all the new features (some older), and I so happy. I figured out how to use the illusion browser to play music on youtube so I played papers please death theme extended on loop, while I was realizing how the new wiring items worked. All the possibilities kept coming to me as I realize now game changing these items are. I might even buy a trolley just to use them more often. I might do a lot of things. Overall this update, this game, is amazing.
Exactly what hell looks like for a network admin👍
Cool game:3
Impressive!
非常意外地令人上瘾 正经学网工知识还是算了,作为网工题材的游戏玩起来还是很不错的
big server
This game convinced me to go back and finish getting my CCNA. A lot of fun. It still needs some polish and balancing passes, but if you like games in the vein of Turing Complete, this is a fun one for networking and server administration and operations. It's like a gamier version of Packet Tracer, almost. The multiplayer is also surprisingly fun. You'd think there's a lot of stepping on toes but with difficulty settings you can just put each person in charge of different tasks. My only real gripes are: 1. Switches seem to function like hubs. They don't maintain a mac (or I guess hardware, in game terminology) address table and so they forward all traffic out of every port, which means they quickly overwhelm bandwidth. It feels like other than needing to deal with setting up routing tables, this means that routers are pretty much strictly better than switches until you get vlan-enabled switches. 2. The RFP system feels a bit odd at the moment. Locking stuff like sftp, which is necessary if you made a misstep and allowed a worm to hit your routers, behind random chance feels punishing. It almost feels like this should be split into an RFP system which provides run modifiers (like the Tenabolt-related proposals) and a tech tree that grants access to core stuff (maybe something like hub -> switch upgrades, other device upgrades, sftp, and other semi-essential stuff). Still though, these are relatively minor issues, and I've already seen enough content added in updates that these are far from deal breakers.
Я очень люблю свою вторую работу. Всем рекомендую
