Enemies have no health, push them off instead. Weaponize physics in this physics-sandbox-inspired tower defense game with multiple game modes. Draft a deck, chain towers into living contraptions, grow and shrink every projectile, and launch hordes of robots off the edge.

About
Tower Lab is an experimental sandbox game about using physics as a weapon to push robots off the map.
There are no damage numbers. Towers push, pull, bounce, grow, shrink, and fling enemies off the map.
Place towers in any open space. Move them freely. Experiment with different setups.
Towers combine and affect each other. Their synergies emerge from physical interactions.
Buy items, refresh the shop, remove cards, and upgrade your setup throughout a roguelite campaign.
Shrink robots to make them easier to push, or risk growing them to gain increased rewards.
Grow projectiles to make them more powerful.
Build and decorate levels, then share them on Steam Workshop. In sandbox mode, you can use everything.

Its a really fun game if you like tower defenses, its a new concept i never played so i was a bit hesatating. I like the game really much, but my pc is not good enough for the game.
great potential, can be amazing with more balance patches and content updates (maybe some different map themes and more enemies and a "boss round"?)

For as long as I've been looking for something to break free from scrolling with, i think this may be it. All the modes are different and fun. Its been fun watching the game from Early Access to final release.
Ok so I absolutely love the game so far, it is early and I can understand that. With my time spent in the game I think it is clear I am enjoying the gameplay lol. HOWEVER, I have one major ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ qualm with this game as of current. When playing on endless this game IS NOT OPTIMIZED, or I suppose that it could be that there is something that bugs out. Even then it could be just how much physics are attempting to be tracked. By round 35 it would freeze and buffer every five rounds before the shop, but viewing my pc performance my CPU. RAM, GPU would all DROP when those fifth round weirdness went on. But getting to around round 115-120 is where the real issue occurs. My game froze and my PC was crying in pain because my RAM was MAXING OUT WITH FULL USAGE. Over 90GB of RAM being occupied. EDIT: Again I am very hopeful for this game as it tickles a very specific itch in my brain. Can't wait to see what this game comes out with next. EDIT 2: So after the endless game crashes the file data was retained but I cannot load into it anymore. The whole game just freezes attempting to load the save data.
Bit different spin on a tower defense since the creeps can't be destroyed. The towers have unique effects since it isn't about damage. I feel like some are definitely my go to and others I just ignore or reroll. It's essential to get tech upgrades to make them worthwhile. I'll have to try another run with the towers I've sidelined and try their upgrades. The physics is funny and annoying at times when a bot gets launched towards the exit with no chance to grab it. I did run into some issues when a bot was launched into a spot where it couldn't move and was too large for me to grab manually. Took a while until the level finally finished. Neat game for the price. Especially the combo's you can pull. Hoping there's an update that adjusts the number of towers that can clutter the field at the end. It's definitely the fault of the player but maybe a way to combine towers in play for an upgrade would be an idea worth implementing.
The red robots look like the crewmate from among us 10/10 i reccomend this to all my friends
the towers are great, the enemies are fun, the visuals are great and the game runs great even on minimal hardware. the tower defense side of the game is great and physics based system is a great idea. although i do have a couple issues with the actual in game physics. one thing is that the enemies tend to fly in random directions including toward the gate which is near impossible to counter. i also think the enemies might benifit from simple shadows just as its hard to see where things are when they're in the air due to the lack of depth perception caused by flat screens. the rougelite features are great but a bit lacking in terms of content and scale, as with most tower defense x rougelite games there simply isnt enough variety of content and combos to support the rougelite system. i do love the content currently in the game but it would definitly benifit from more towers and upgrades. also i know this is already probably in the works but more enemies is also something im waiting on. overall this is a great game and i look forward to future updates.
