Warning: Asset Flip! Tow Truck is a Digital Homicide style asset flip, or what Valve calls a "Fake Game". The "developer" paid for/pirated a few Unity asset store assets, dumped them all in a blender, and submitted it to Valve as if they're real game developers.
Two notable criteria for what makes an asset flip instead of legitimate use of stock assets are whether those assets comprise the majority of the game, and whether the "developer" properly credited the people who created most of the assets in the game. This game fails both of those tests. The "developers" here didn't credit any of the artists and real, actual game developers who created the assets here, so this is plagiarism, as well as cash grab shovelware. In this case, the asset flipper took a bunch of Synty "Polygon" assets and assembled them into a lazy "parking simulator", a copy + paste of other exact same asset flips from this Russian "developer", the only difference is he swapped the vehicle out with a tow truck asset. It has no value or merit as a real game. It's worth noting this guy has almost a dozen fake/shell accounts he uses to try hide his identity and further scam and mislead gamers into buying these fake products with fake reviews. Here's some:

Hardi
Johan
Lieb
Daniel Li
Fady Games
BHPG
TNT Studio
LocalJamStudio
Joi Max
Nikita Morti
And we're sure he'll keep adding more shell accounts to continue to run these fake game scams. Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no option to change the resolution and no useful graphics tweaks. There's no way to ensure this is running at the native resolution of your display. There's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. The mismatched game assets are fairly mediocre/low quality, it's a wonder why they couldn't be bothered "borrowing" higher quality assets for this asset flip. This is a lot like going on a shoplifting spree but only stealing the cut price store brand goods. Regardless, the poor quality assets alone should be enough to deter gamers from bothering with this. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers, left handed gamers or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 2 players, and the worst part is these weren't genuine players, these were the Russian fake review accounts that the developer paid to make the fake reviews. Since the fake reviews are all done, now the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 100,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected.
Warning: Review Manipulation! This game features a number of fake positive reviews from accounts known to be in the business of review manipulation/paid reviews. They're all written in either Russian or broken English, appear at almost exactly the same time, very shortly after the game launched on Steam, all have a direct Steam purchase of the game, and the accounts are used consistently to write fake reviews for asset flips and other cash grabs/scams. The "Positive" review score on this game should be disregarded due to this blatant, unethical review manipulation. This is done to deceive and scam gamers into paying for a bad product. Due to the 2024 FTC ruling (16 CFR Part 465), these fake reviews are a violation of US Federal Law.
This kind of asset flipping isn't harmless. It makes it harder for gamers to find genuinely made games from ethical developers. It makes it harder for genuine indie developers, who put hard work into trying to make real games, to find an audience for their products. It gives indie developers a bad name. So, should you buy this asset flip? Is this better than any of the 100,000+ genuinely made games on Steam? Of course not! Tow Truck has the ridiculous price of $40 USD, for which you could easily get any number of older AAA games. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend. It's possible this price is either for the purpose of money laundering, or simply to prevent genuine reviews from reducing the fake "positive" review score from the fake reviews the developer paid for. Either way, this is unacceptable manipulation of the Steam store for profit. It's harmful to gamers and to genuine indie devs, because it gives indie devs a bad name.
Profile Features Limited! Valve have marked this game as "Profile Features Limited" at the time of this review. This is usually caused by poor sales figures and low community acceptance for the game (to date). Until this status changes, this game will not give you +1 to your Game Collector badge count, appear in profile achievements or any other Steam meta-accomplishments, nor can it be displayed in some profile showcases. If these factors are important to you, it may be worth holding off before buying this game.
A very addictive arcade game that you will definitely want to relax with in the evening after work. In this game, you will have to pass through many levels in order to rescue broken down cars. Recommended to buy, it's cheap
this game sucks ass. i regret allowing the game files even touching my precious hard drive. truck is slow and has a terrible turning radius. you have a health percentage and a short timer to go to a broken car to fix it. you dont actual tow anything. you drive into the broken car and press e. its lame and i am disappointed. I would rather stick my ♥♥♥♥ and balls in a blender than play this game again.
Hello ! This is the Flowa Phenyx review. Full playthrough on YouTube. This game is functionally good. The weight of the truck is felt as we move. There is a real sense of awareness about the weight and size of the vehicle. 30 levels don't seem like a lot, but the playtime is easily rounded to 2 hours as you learn to master your tow truck. There are indeed some levels that appear difficult and take some time to adapt to. The graphics are pretty okay. Nice choice to make the truck vivid red and blue, to contrast against the background. The assets do clash in art style however from time to time. The fonts used are pretty consistent. The main text font is adapted to both cyrillic and latin alphabets, and the numbers are all in the same font. However, I have noted some flaws, beginning with the game booting in Russian. If english is available, it should always be the primary language. The Graphics can be a little dull at times. Notably, the fuel barrel explosion having clear edges. Maybe try fading the texture out. Other problem which is faster to notice. The mouse is not locked in place, which causes it to fly across the screen and can end up on another monitor while turning the camera. Related to the camera, the start of a level often places the camera behind a wall, prevent the player from reading the level and act accordingly to the timer. There is only one soundtrack which is repetitive and gets annoying when playing multiple times the same level. There are no auditary indications for victory nor failure. And both sound effects and music are on the same option, which means that deactivating the music also deactivate the sounds of the vehicle. The health bar graphic is confusing. It shows a percentage but still takes 5 hits to lose. By the way, there is no invincibility time after a hit. New information are presented in a non-diegetic way, breaking the rythm and immersion. Lastly, this game isn't worth 40€ as a base price. 10€ is almost enough. Graphics are serviceable, the soundtrack is repetitive due to only one track playing, and 30 levels is not a lot. Thank you again and hope you appreciated my review.
Drive heavy truck, avoid walls and different obstacles. Repair cars. Plan right angles to get in place in time. Good game for kids or anyone wanting to challenge themselves. However if you have experience with this kind of games and generally careful with driving in games then it will be somewhat fast and easy walk.
Неплохо, забавно. Только две маленькие проблемы: 1) Во время самой игры (когда управляем машиной) - не скрывается курсор. Это немножко раздражает) 2) Нельзя настроить чувствительность мыши (она для меня слишком большая)
Cool tracks, it's a pleasure to play, I recommend to get stuck in.
Хорошая музыка в игре, много уровней, красивая графика.
bad
Not a bad game in which you have to play as a trucker in a blue truck in which you have to take broken cars to repair
