About
Gent is a man who just wants some peace and quiet. Sometimes, though, he doesn't get what he wants. This time is one of those times...
When his (not) friend Pirate falls into a deep slumber, it's somehow up to him to save the day!
In order to awaken Pirate, he must brave the treacherous Bendy Town and locate the Goon Crystal and Bloodline Emblem.
But, he has no idea what either of those things are or where to find them!
Well... Guess that's why they call it an adventure...
ADVENTURE
Move about from place to place, talking to and investigating anything that moves and anything that doesn't.
You'll Think, Talk, Ask, Touch, and Attack your way to completing your objectives, using a classic command-based adventure system.
By selecting the right option for the right job, you'll help Gent as he solves puzzles, discovers secrets, and progresses story-lines.
VISUAL NOVEL
Experience the mystery and intrigue of Bendy Town and its various inhabitants.
Big, colorful sprites accompany all sorts of strange and bizarre scenes.
Whether it be a first encounter, gripping conspiracy, or fierce confrontation, you'll never quite know what's coming next as you storm through the "unique" story, scene by scene, line by line.
RPG
Delve into the dungeon and explore via a top-down, grid-based map mode.
Encounter a wide variety of unique monsters, each with their own personality and special voice performance
When trouble arises, enter a turn-based RPG and spam attack until the enemy is bested!
Or, build your repertoire of Specials and Items and blaze your own trail...
Just how many ways to break the balance can you find..?
...More!?
Tired of searching for the one option you need to progress? Tired of reading through our idea of what constitutes "writing"? Tired of hitting the Attack option!?
Naturally, Bendy Town has no shortage of other ways to kill time!
Bust out your handheld game console and enjoy raising your skill in a variety of games.
Seek out the rumored casino where they play the most brutal, high-stakes game this side of the Mississippi...
Enjoy a refreshing board game sesh!
Build your photo collection...
Strengthen your Gent with calculated meals. (yummy yum yum)
And... Fishing. (of course)
Will you guide our Brutal Cook to the end of his long road?
Or will you fall before the finish line...
When you reach the end, will your good deeds lead you to glory...
Or will you be judged for the sins you committed...
Will you walk along the road that's been prepared for you?
Or bust through the fourth wall and walk out the front door...
All of that and more... is in your hands.
When Gent is Toushin.

Have logged hours in the demo and am very excited to explore the full game.
Toushin Gent has checked all the boxes in order to be a classic RPG of all time. Amazing dungeons, CHECK. Memorable characters, CHECK. Art that makes me forget what reality is, DOUBLE CHECK. This game has more passion in it's pixelated pinky finger than most AAA games I've played this year. Toushin Gent has... *breathes in* SOUL!
The game is fun and unique, it deserves more attention.
It's actually pretty good
A fun game emulating old school PC RPGs. If you are a fan of the genre, you'll probably enjoy this. The "how to draw anime" art style goes well with the humor and overall atmosphere, leaving a charming impression. The music is solid as well. I haven't encountered any bugs so far. Still waiting for the uncensored patch
phenomenal ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
Game of the year. Game of all time, even. This game's music, art, voice acting, writing, and humor all leave the rest of the industry in the dust. Other indie studios need to start making games like this NOW.
