Tough Love Arena

first of all, yes, it has ROLLBACK. Ok now, my god, what a good game. And I say this having played many other fighting games, versus and non versus, indie and triple A. I honestly suck at reviews and hence, I almost never do it, but I really love this game and always come back to it to play some more. It's nice seeing how the 2 (iirc) devs behind it show their own love as well, both towards their game and its community. If you wanna get into FGs, this is a good place to learn fundamentals. If you want a casual FG to play from time to time, no matter your skill, this is a good game for that too. And if you wanna compete, devs host tournaments and there are many good players you can challenge. Personal recommendation, do participate in the April Fools update tournament hosted each year. You'll really enjoy it. All in all, a game I recommend to absolutely everyone interested in playing a fighting game, and if I had to point out any cons it has, it's only what you'd expect from an online-based, small team, indie game: its community is small, matchmaking can take its time, and of course you won't be winning any money or prestige from its competitive scene. But the discord community solves the first two problems, and so I strongly advise joining the server :) tl;dr: if you like or think you could like fighting games, do try TLA out. Edit: this game also has the most transparent and comprehensive patch notes I've seen from a FG so far.
