About
TooneQuest is a Creature Collection game. You must explore the islands and discover the whereabouts of the Toones, but once you do, you must capture them by succeeding in a test of skill and timing.
Go explore, take those leaps of faith, but know you will quickly return safely from any misadventure.
You will start your adventure on Omphalos, the island of eternal day. This magical place is not just where you start, but also the center of your adventure. Return when you have earned an Ability upgrade and use that new ability to navigate to another island's Portal gate.
This is also where you capture your companion Toone, Serenity. They will accompany you on your journey and light up your life when things get too dark.
While searching for the Toones, you will pass many vistas and beautiful landmarks. However every island has its own inimical flavour and feel. Trees can hide the more shy Toones, or perhaps they are hiding behind giant boulders in unforeseen canyons? Some Toones are not shy at all and you can see them proudly bouncing up and down in the distance, only then you have to figure out how to get to them.
When you start, you can run, so run swiftly to capture your first Toones. Once you have caught enough you will earn an Ability. To get the ability, simply go back to Omphalos and collect it.
Abilities such as Jump, Crawl, Double jump and Glide can be earned by the hardened adventurer.
When exploring the islands you will come across some Food. In fact there is lots of food on each island and to obtain Completion, you must collect not only all the Toones, but also all the Food.
We sincerely hope you enjoy the journey in this game,

Reviews
This game was really a big waste of my time but the big glowing thing was cool and what ever that creature is thru the portal!
Developer needs to give some instructions to the player and maybe explain to the player what is this all about, maybe through the short story or intro or something similar. It really feels just like a walking simulator, like other reviewer said, a waste of time.
I really wanted to enjoy TooneQuest, but unfortunately the gameplay just didn’t really do it for me. You can do simple actions like jumping, but I found the gameplay itself quite limited and not very engaging. The biggest issue for me was that I was genuinely confused about what I was actually supposed to be doing or what the goal of the game was. I spent a lot of the time wondering if I was missing something rather than actually enjoying the game. It just didn’t feel very clear or satisfying to play. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it in its current state.
