cute
It looks cozy and cute but sadly, even with the correct movement settings, the keys are all mixed up: instead of the 'W' key to go forward as per the settings, it was the 'Z' key etc. Like many, the jump key doesn't work BUT you still get an achievement for it, which means it registers correctly but gudging by the achievement description, it is not the key to jump OR jumping is not needed. Because, yeah, I don't even know if we need to jump since I could barely move around. The first achievement I got was the one for standing still, just saying. Such a pity because it looks so cozy.

The music is lovely and relaxing but the game is still full of glitches. In 90 minutes of game play I had to respawn 5 times because my avatar got stuck in some shrubbery or rocks. Each time the respawn sent me back through several puzzles I had already solved making me solve them again. I am still not 100% sure which keys on my keyboard are doing which actions. It feels a little random at times. There don't seem to be any goals other than collecting some shiny gems. At this time, I will not be recommending the game to friends.
pretty fun and it's free :)
Love the world and gameplay. It's really buggy and sometimes I get kicked out and lose all my progress from the level I'm on. If that was fixed, it'd be 5 stars for me.
Relaxing and strangely addictive. LAY has a simple concept but it’s really calming to play. The visuals are clean, the music is chill, and it’s perfect when you just want to switch your brain off. Surprisingly satisfying. Recommended for cozy game lovers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I accidentally left this game going for an entire weekend... Anyways. Cute free game.
A gorgeous little adventure game in which you feed sea creatures to make them help you solve puzzles. This shows the Unreal Engine is not just for photorealism, and can generate beautiful, magical landscapes. And as a matter of fact it does feel like a technical demo, because the puzzles are very simple, and easy to break actually. For instance, the game gives you spots to land your flying manta ray, but you can still land directly at the end of the puzzles. Or you need to bring a creature on a button to keep a door open, yet if you push the button yourself there's time to run through before it closes. I don't think it's on purpose and things have been properly thought out. I assume the game is intended for kids, although the flight controls may be a bit too complicated, especially the landing which often feels irresponsive. I didn't bother to solve all the puzzles, but flying from one beautiful island to another was pleasant enough, just to collect the crystals. It's mostly a collectathon anyway, with some crystals on land and some in the sky. So maybe I'll get back to it from time to time. 6/10
Very cute game. It’s rare to see a game that will just let you fly wherever you want and really scratched that itch for me. An issue I had was sometimes I would fly over somewhere and run around for a while and realized I landed in the wrong spot to continue but even with that just flying around was really fun for me
Absolutely LOVE how this game looks, but unfortunately the movement keys don't function properly. I thought it was an issue with my keyboard at first, but I see other reviewers have the same problem. Once this issue is fixed I definitely am going to give it a second go!
