TOEM: A Photo Adventure

Beyond adorable and has an immense amount of both heart and soul. Wasn't really sure what to expect however I was left pleasantly surprised. If you've played titles such as Luigi's Mansion wherein it feels as though you're interacting with a beautiful popup picture book, TOEM grants a very similar feeling.

One of the coziest games I've ever played, such a simple yet charming art style accompanied with genuinely ethereal and beautiful music makes for one of the most chill gaming experiences. I genuinely didn't see myself loving the photography part of the game but their is something so fun about trying to get the best picture of something or even the worst picture of something to see what the game allows you to do, and the fact that many of your pictures show up in your game on walls and buildings and stuff makes it so much more personalized. I am beyond excited for the sequel to see what else is planned if this experience is already so polished and incredible.

While I was scrolling through Steam in hopes of finding a cute indie game, I came across TOEM. At first, I was a bit skeptical about the b&w art style and the overall gameplay, but I am so glad I gave it a chance! I love taking photos of random things, and this game is exactly about that. You basically get a camera and can take pictures of anything you want. I really enjoyed capturing all these little moments. The best part for me was that, later in the game, you can add filters and funny effects to your pictures, which made it even more fun. I also had a great time naming my "photographs". Overall, I absolutely loved this game and highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys capturing random moments

My friend Rose gifted me this game because she already had it on another console, and boy, am I glad she did. This game is absolutely adorable. The art style is unique, the quests are fun yet challenging, and it's overall just a great experience. I highly recommend it.
