TOEM is a black-and-white game focused on photography - but not just any kind of photography. Your task is to take photos of various subjects - people, objects, portraits, and so on. You’ll complete missions her - not just photography missions, but missions like going to someone to get something from them and then going back to that person to complete the mission. After completing a task, you’ll receive a stamp, which you’ll press into your journal. Collecting stamps feels great, which is why it pushes you to complete all the tasks so you can keep getting stamps. At the start of a new location, you’ll always be confused about how many tasks you have and how to complete them, but once you start tackling them one by one, it’s not so bad anymore, and you’ll find yourself motivated and having fun finishing all the tasks. Your camera will gradually become more useful as you progress through the game, but you’ll discover that for yourself as you play - otherwise, I’d be giving away spoilers. It’s a chill game that’ll make you think a little, but you won’t mind at all because, after all, you’ve got to get those stamps. :D
