Toaster Defense

https://youtu.be/49YUALN59K0 Toaster Defense incorporates a tower defense game and a platformer game into one. You goal is to protect Tina the Toaster from the Evil robots. The game is really fun as you dash around setting up defense while at the same time able to either Dash-Shoot-Jump on enemies to kill them. The concept is unique and the game is simple enough that you can pick it up quickly. The game is reasonably price at 10$ (US), and since I generally believe that every hour played should equal a dollar, I will def hit that! I also talked to the Dev, and if everything goes well, we might get more levels or other features added. I have attached some gameplay above to see if it is something that would interest you. In all honesty I am not much of a tower defense kind of player and as you can see while playing am not that great at platformers either 😊, however I have had a lot of fun playing this game, and it is definitely something I would recommend!

The *toast* fun I've had in a tower defense game. Toaster Defense is a fun and unique experience. As a mashup of the tower defense and platforming genres, it is an experience unlike anything I've played before. The controls feel pretty good, and the art style is nice. I highly recommend if you like TDs, platformers, or games that mashup game genres.

A fun an charming game. Once you get into the flow of playing, it is an oddly addicting mix. It takes a bit of effort to initially adapt to the controls and the challenge factor escalates at an exponentially perplexing rate. However for anyone looking for simple, silly fun Toaster Defense is worth a look.

A mashup between Tower Defense and Platformer that is really fun to play. The character designs are cute, and the story could potentially develop some DLC in the future. Overall, Gameplay is great. The customization options are vast, which can make many cool combinations for your Toaster Oven. I really think people would enjoy this game, as much as I do.

Great tower defense game. Lots of of little nuances with the enemies and movement that definitely make it a bit intense time to time. Art style is cute with very fun character and enemy designs. I definitely would recommend if you enjoy tower defense games that offers a good amount of gameplay and fun, varying difficulty.

For full disclosure I am the 2D artist for this game. It's a great time to just open an endless run and simply build some home appliances and destroy some robots. I really enjoy how simple it feels to control while also rewarding precision movement. Visually hitboxes can feel a bit clunky at times, but there is a consistency you can learn to get around this. I think it's a great time overall.

This game that is a combination of a platformer and tower defense! I had never hear of such an interesting combination but it works very well.

A fun twist on a tower defense game by adding a shooter aspect. I love being able to interact during the game instead of the normal "sitting back unless needed."

This game is fun, and once I got the hang of the simple mechanics it's become increasingly addictive.
