......Ok
Story
Time Tenshi(2015) tells the story of a boy named Kenji who has been involved in something big after a terrible incident. His grandfather built a time machine! Who will he meet? What will happen? Will time be erased?
Positives
For being a fanservice game, they treat their story more seriously than I thought it would. This VN has some dialogue that make you think. I appreciate it. The art and music is pretty nice. Many of the CGs are nice to look at, and the music is cool. I especially like the one played near the end. The backgrounds are good as well. The characters don't have a lot of depth, but they play their roles well. I think my favorite character is Rose. Every character had a fair amount of screentime. I liked how they went through Kenji and how he felt about the incident. They pulled no punches and didn't resolve it in a bad way.
Negatives
There wasn't many choices in this VN. Only one has any major impact while the other just determines with CG of a girl you will get. Another thing I didn't like is that
Kyo feeling inferior to everyone didn't go anywhere. It seemed to just resolve immediately after it was brought up.
Another thing is the length. I think this could have used more time with interactions with characters. Instead, events happened quickly and I believe it ended too quickly only just to setup for a sequel. Lastly, some justification of the fanservice was just silly to me. Why does a time machine have this effect on females? Why does it affect only females? Why do they design skimpy outfits, with one of them complaining about her outfit, but wears it anyway? FANSERVICE!!! NO NEED TO THINK ABOUT IT! IT'S FOR FANSERVICE!
Nitpicks
- The art was inconsistent with the CGs. One will look amazing while another will make you feel a drop in quality. Nothing against the artist; it just felt inconsistent. - Kenji isn't dense.
He was just told by Michelle not to do anything to the girls. He wants to live after all. A few characters call him dense which isn't the case.
- The first battle CG should have more things happening in it. The characters were in a standstill while the text said what they were doing. The other fight CGs did this well, so I didn't get this. - No previous page button in the gallery. I know the gallery goes by quickly, it would be nice instead of needing to click through a few pages of CGs.
Overall
Time Tenshi (2015) tells a nice story that is treated more seriously than one would expect. The art and music is nice, but not for people that like choices in their VN and not a fan of the type of fanservice this VN uses. If you do, then give this VN a try. Definitely prefer getting it on sale. Hope you all have a good day and stay safe.
As someone who purchased this game on the premise that there would be BE fetish content, I came out of this experience disappointed. Outside of vague textual descriptions of size there are only two sets of sizes for each of the girls. The BE content also has very little impact on the story (outside of giving a reason for the girls to have skimpy suits when time traveling), and could easily be removed completely from the game with little impact on plot. The story itself: a fair bit underwhelming, with the main climax of the game (and the only impactful decision to make in this game) making no sense if you think about it for too long. The romance portion of the plot also feels very lacking for me, as it's just the MC having a pity party about losing his parents and the girls trying to console him. Final verdict: Will probably never play the sequel.
With ladies you tag along with while tackling to preserve the very fabric of earth history is a prilivage, especially of that each of the heroines has something to offer for the experience. ;)
well...... this was unexpected. I was misslead with this being in the game section. More accurately it should be in the powerpoint section. But I guess the 2 (literally 2) actions in the last section of the game, qualify it as a "game". It was quick to finish (or reach the last slide), the ending was a bit underwhelming, and I was extremely curious about what this title would deliver....... and was not that impressed. It is interesting if you compare it with doing absolutely nothing, or washing dishes. Besides that, the graphics are well made, the story is creative ............ and I think that is all I can say.......
Une bonne histoire visuelle avec une bonne histoire et des personnages intéressants.
wacky time adventures with ooggaa buugga its nice
