TIME BREAKER is a first-person puzzle game with time control. Players tackle impossible puzzles by thinking how and when the time can be slow down to complete a room. This game features a strange brutalist world, an voice codec narrative, and things that are really weird.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I really wanted to like this game, but several issues completely ruin the experience. Controls feel unreliable. LMB, RMB and Space often react inconsistently. Sometimes the character simply refuses to jump even though the key is clearly pressed. The time-slow mechanic on RMB frequently activates only on the second or third click, and picking up objects with LMB is also inconsistent. Platforming feels like guesswork. The game expects precise jumps, yet you can’t even see the character’s legs, which makes judging distances unnecessarily difficult. Camera problem with 1000 Hz mice. If your mouse runs at 1000 Hz polling rate, the camera becomes extremely jittery and shaky. Lowering the polling rate helps, but that shouldn’t be necessary in a modern PC game. Poor readability of interactive elements. Some puzzles rely on objects that are barely distinguishable from the environment. At times it feels less like solving puzzles and more like guessing what the developer intended. Level design often relies on trial and error. If you don’t already know what will happen next, you can easily end up in a dead end and have to restart the level. My rating: 5/10. The puzzle ideas themselves are decent, but the controls and design decisions make the game far more frustrating than it should be.
To be frank, the only thing this game has going for it is its visuals. The puzzles, as mentioned in other reviews, are uninspired and easy, with the occasional issue when you get stuck after failing to notice a cube or laser switch tucked away in a dark corner somewhere. The mechanic of having limited steps per puzzle is totally pointless, and doesn't even have any narrative justification. It just makes you re-do the earlier parts of a puzzle if you spend too long wandering around, which does nothing except waste your time - the steps to solving a puzzle are trivial to understand if you've done them once already. The narrative is generally lacking. Every NPC is voiced by text-to-speech with stilted delivery and inconsistent pronunciation, the notes have amateurish writing, and the goofy hovering text does nothing but undercut the horror elements every time it appears. If you can stomach all that, the game has some pretty stunning graphics to experience. It's blatantly influenced by Control's visual style, but the execution is so good that it would be easy to confuse some TIME BREAKER screenshots for Control itself. But, that by itself wasn't enough to keep my interest.
