About
A sim and idle medieval town management game that thrives while you're doing your stuff. Craft hearty meals and bold brews to keep your patrons coming back while your inn quietly grows into a full-blown medieval town.
Build, Brew & Belong.
Tidehaven: Ale & Trade is a cozy yet authentic medieval inn management & automation & design game designed to fit your day. Just let your tavern hum along while you work or jump in to micromanage rush hours, strike shady deals, and expand a sleepy inn into a lively town, and if you want simply make it work at the bottom of your screen with the compact mode.
From Inn to a Town
Start small and grow room by room: kitchen, bedroom, market, stable, a secret meeting room for under-the-table trades, and more. Grow your village beyond the inn, build stable, butcher, blacksmith and more to shape your town.
Customize Everything
Unlock tons of decor and decorate your space in any style you like, you can even paint each tile on the floor! And some of these decoration items have a surprising bit of lore and talent tree too!
Talent Tree & Building with Perks
Every gem you pull from the earth is a decision waiting to be made. Invest in shadier income streams, a more efficient kitchen, or a bloodline of legendary horses. Your place, your call.
Cozy Medieval Vibe
Set between the 15th-17th centuries, Tidehaven pairs crackling hearths and clinking tankards with medieval tunes that makes time drift by. Strengthen your economy while expanding your tavern in most fashion way!
Playing Full Screen or “bottom-of-screen” with the Compact Mode for effortless second-screen play sound appealing?
Inn to town: Do you enjoy developing your place in your own style and discovering different mechanics and dynamics with each new building?
Try side events & mini-games, gamble that spice up your routine with risks and rewards.
Pets? Oh, we like pets. Name your dog, breed horses, and if you’re lucky keep a rare parrot in your room too. Fishing? Hmm… Soon.
And here is no punishing gameplay with constant difficulties that need perfect planning. Faster, chiller, relaxing, min-maxing, every way is a right way here. No plague carts, no witch hunts, no non-stop raids! Put your fireplace, take a fresh ale, and do a little automation.

Reviews
As a fan of the idle genre, I’m used to games that require patience, but Tidehaven is a poor execution of the formula. The core loop is incredibly unrewarding, upgrades take far too long to achieve, and the gameplay in between is just mindless repetition. The game expects to sit in your background for hours, yet provides almost no "crunchy" data or solid numbers to help you optimize your progress. Even the customization feels hollow. You can decorate your inn, but it’s purely cosmetic and has zero impact on gameplay or efficiency. If you’re looking for a satisfying sense of progression, look elsewhere. There are much better idlers out there that actually reward your time.
Early game is a bit micromanage-y but once you get to the point where you can auto buy inventory stock, then it becomes way more like an idle game. Waiting on a bug fix for the cellar door not spawning & more content. Fully recommended so the devs can add more content, as my gold is pilling up with not much else to spend it on
