Had fun with They Left Us Here. It is a short sci-fi survival horror set on a space station where we awaken to find the place mostly empty, and we have to work out where, and who, we are. The gameplay is where the survival horror comes in to play, requiring us to find keys, codes or tools to progress through the game, as well as avoid a rogue AI that doesn't seem particularly friendly. The game looks great, has good sound design and I didn't encounter any performance issues. Depending on how thorough you like to be, the game will likely take 40-60 mins on average to complete. For the price point, some may argue that might be a little short, but I personally didn't have a problem with it. The game itself is fun but doesn't bring anything especially new to the table, but there's an intriguing back story that I was quite eager to learn more about, so I myself hope the developer does actually expand upon the world they have created, I would quite happily buy more games from the developer especially if they do keep fleshing out what they have already put in place - it's that back story that pulled me in more so than the game itself. Like a nice meal - if you want more of it, there must be something pretty good about it.

Really solid short indie horror game. The atmosphere and sound design are the best parts, and the abandoned space station setting feels creepy without relying too much on cheap jumpscares. The puzzles are simple, but the story and sci-fi vibe kept me interested. The ending theme was also a really nice touch and made the final moments feel more emotional. Definitely worth checking out if you like atmospheric horror games!
They Left Us Here is a solid short sci-fi horror game that works less because of its puzzle design and more because of the atmosphere it builds. The puzzles are fairly straightforward and mostly by the numbers, so do not expect anything too challenging there. The real strength is the sense of isolation, the abandoned space station setting, and the disturbing sci-fi mystery slowly unfolding around you. The sound design, dark corridors, environmental storytelling, and feeling of being watched make the experience tense without relying too heavily on cheap jumpscares. It has a strong concept, creepy mood, and enough intrigue to keep you searching for answers. It could have benefited from tougher puzzles and a more threatening AI enemy, but for a short indie horror experience, They Left Us Here is atmospheric, unsettling, and worth playing. Loved the aesthetic, the puzzles, the vibe and the plot twist at the end! fantastic job!!
I loved this game! It ticked all the boxes for me: intriguing story, detailed sound design, lovely music, stunning visuals, scary and tense moments, outer space, and the old analog/digital feel of ALIEN. This was so well made!
really liked the dark aesthetics and all the suspense. some new school horror game right here.. good job man
I played the demo and loved it... been waiting for the full game and loved every second of it too. The atmosphere it generates is great and a modest price is very worth it. Check out my full gameplay and if you enjoy my playthrough give it a like and subscribe. https://youtu.be/MWNW5PNRS1Y
The atmosphere of the game is phenomenal. The abandoned space station scenery is so haunting. Instead of relying only on jumpscares the game builds anxiety through isolation and hopelessness. Rather than directly explaining everything it lets players interpret its symbolism on their own. Generally I believe that the game succeeds not only because it gets scary but because it is emotionally and philosophically unsettling. I believe this is only SCH's introduction.
很孤寂的 说不出来的感觉的一个故事 但是其他都是六星 就剧情可以九星
I played the demo to this back in May 26, and bought the full game soon after. I really enjoyed the graphics and sound scape of the station that you fin yourself in. I alight bugbear for me was that it felt like a keyhunt on occasion. For example you find a box and you get a message saying I could do with a knife to open that, so you then walk around and end up finding a key which opens and cabinet which has a knife inside, But that said I did enjoy it for the most part and it was spooky on occasion too, with a few jumpy parts.
