These nights in Cairo

Вдохновлённая «Мумией», приятно нарисованная и приятно написанная визуальная новелла: по продолжительности, структуре и содержанию это, по факту, и есть фильм в духе романтики первых археологических открытий. Точнее, два фильма: «светлая» и «тёмная» версии; и мне очень понравилась, какая именно система выборов приводит к максимальной реализации «тёмной» версии — в этом оказалось вдруг много психологической достоверности.

Nights in Cairo. Nothing too special, a few language hurdles, some bland unmoving art while paragraph after paragraph goes by. Some choices don’t overarch too well, plot points are thrown around willy-nilly. While I wasn’t expecting the moon I expected a bit more polish. The sounds and soundtrack mesh awkwardly and I never truly felt immersed. The plot of Ramessu being the old pharaoh who wants revenge and wants to return to the past was neat at least. The men are tolerable at best, not the love interests exclusively. The gay looking guy gets shot. The lesbian option is set up as blackmail and not love and is mocked for it. All in all, not great, I wouldn't buy it again.

画风优美、逻辑较为通顺、充斥着浓郁埃及风情的一篇可口小甜饼！每个角色都好香啊[spoiler]（即使是Farrukh也逃不过……女主魅魔石锤了） [/spoiler]！但还是最喜欢法老线 [spoiler] 走Ramessu结局更像是女主夙愿的达成，重来一回的终极选择，我真的很喜欢法老线需要二周目才能解锁的设定，以及炸掉神庙时女主感觉内心隐隐作痛的描写……而且某种意义上来说，做出这种选择的女主，牺牲了家人和整个世界，为了满足自己的私欲，本质上就和Ramessu是同样的人了不是吗！！ 癫公癫婆我超爱！！！以及这条线实在是太纯爱了，法老他真的什么都敢往外说啊！甚至连钥匙都分你一半！好喜欢这种自信满满从不对心上人藏着掖着的态度，我告诉你是因为我想告诉你……简直是绝杀！！！[/spoiler]

I really liked it! The MC in this game, Margaret is an interesting, relatable character. She speaks her mind, and quite active altogether without being obnoxious. With that only it's already a good VN for me. Ancient Egypt is a nice plus.

This has no business being as good as it is. Reawakened my teenage love of archaeology and otome games.

This game was my first visual novel purchase and i bought this game solely after seeing the visuals and arts. Story line, dialogues and music perfectly synced with the atmosphere of the game. Game has multiple ending but i completed the game only with ' Without love but dream' ending and i was satisfied with the end.

Interesting story with interesting characters. I love the artwork and the music. I will say though that out of the three romance options, Duncan's route felt the most natural. As much as I love to look at Amin, the romance in his route felt like it came out of left field. One moment you two are just acquaintances, and the next thing you know he is kissing you. It didn't feel like there was any buildup to that moment whatsoever.
