Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.29/day in the week to Jul 30 → 1.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
There's Nothing Down There is a short horror exploration game about piloting a small submarine through dark ocean caverns. Tasked with investigating a large thermal anomaly, you and a colleague descend into a deep sinkhole at the bottom of the sea. Quickly, you discover the gargantuan structures of a long lost civilization and find that as ancient as these constructions are, they are not dead nor are they unguarded. What started as a routine surveying job will turn into a journey of monumental discovery and intense danger.
Deep atmospheric undersea caverns
Enormous ancient ruins to explore
Navigate dark caverns with a sonar system to find hidden pathways
Fully voiced story as you traverse deeper into the sunken structures
A life and death struggle against a colossal machine
This game is intended to be finished in a single session (roughly 30 minutes) and does not include a save system.

Short and sweet. Worth the couple bucks.
Hard to thumbs down a 2 dollar game, but there are a few reasons I can't recommend it. Firstly, you can't re-bind controls. I'm nearly to the point of auto refunding games that don't allow this. Not all of us use WASD, and it feels like trying to write a letter with your left hand when you can't use the controls you're familiar with. No problem, I used PowerToys to re-bind the controls anyway. Second issue, I didn't feel like Chris (your partner) has very believable reactions to what gets discovered. Voice acting for him was also iffy, although the main character's voice acting is good. I also encountered a bug with lighting after dying near the end. When my game re-loaded, everything was lit up instead of dark, which killed the suspense and immersion. Without spoiling anything, I'll also add that the game didn't really scare like I thought it might. It had a solid build up, but the payoff was a bit of a let down. I get it, it's 2 bucks, but still, time is also important and I'm just not sure this was worth it.

Very short and sweet. Enjoyed it.

Others have said, but this game feels like a demo. Also, it's not a horror game despite what the title might lead you to believe. It's more like a sci-fi thriller. But yeah, if you're not trying to get achievements and just playing to the end, the game is less than half an hour, and I don't think there is enough story content even for that. If you read the description for this game - that is pretty much the entire game.
It's an interesting, brief experience. While I'm giving a thumbs up, the negative reviews make a good point.
really blurry underwaterscape with very thin story
A short, but enjoyable experience. The premise is fun and feels like a prologue to an awesome underwater exploration game. The game is only $2 USD at this time, and I feel it's worth it for a quick interactive story. Definitely check it out.
This game is fun and original. A bit short for my taste by fun. Once I figured out what I was supposed to do, it took 2 hours to complete the game after bopping around aimlessly. Pretty fun though. Thanks to the devs for the originality and sense of fun.
短めの探索しながら脱出するゲームだったけど、これはこれで面白かったです。あっという間に終わったので続編をお願いします。
