Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Thekku Island is a story-driven, first-person horror game set on a fictional island in 1980s Kerala, India.
You arrive on a remote island after weeks of silence from your wife — she vanished without a trace. As you search the abandoned house and the dark forests around it, you're pulled deeper into a chilling mystery that refuses to stay buried.
As night falls, eerie whispers and unsettling noises echo through the halls. Shadows seem to move on their own, creeping across the walls as if alive. The deeper you go, the more you realize — something is terribly wrong.
Inspired by Indian ghost stories, Thekku Island blends psychological horror, classic ghost encounters, and jumpscare tension into an atmospheric experience where every clue deepens the mystery. There are no easy answers — only whispers from the past.

very normal game, nothing special , not worth the money tbh.
This is an excellent game, however, it is only hindered by its lack of budget, and its lackluster ending. The story was good and interesting, the fact that I grew up with this culture added to the sense of horror. Overall, 7/10.
The game is good. The team tried their best to make us scare and give us a good plot, But only problem i faced is some bugs like the key for the rooms sometimes cannot be used and game need more optimisation.

Best!
Thekku island is a an optimization disaster. fps is a joke: it doesn`t matter what specs you have; the game runs like a slideshow. i`m getting frame drops in every single area. Are we playing a game or looking at a powerpoint presentation? Literally unplayable: you can`t enjoy the "atmosphere" when the game stutters every two seconds. it`s 2026-how do you release a game this poorly optimized? THE Verdict: Don`t waste your moneyor your time until they actually fix this mess. This is`t a "horror game" - the only thing scary here is the OPTIMIZATION. FIX YOUR GAME!
Must Play ❤❤❤
So much useless filler, way to linear, the stamina system of a one-lunged emphysemic, and a plodding & uninspired story. It took me 30 minutes to regret this purchase.
LOVED THE MUSIC <3
The game delivers a fairly overall experience, but it never really stands out in any major way. The story is average at best. It’s there, but it doesn’t leave a lasting impression or add much weight to the overall experience. For their first game, they’ve done a decent job, and there’s definitely room to improve in future projects. Rest Overall 6/10 – Decent, but forgettable.
Mid game Didn't enjoy the time still recomend if you want to experience an Kerelam made game
