I really want to like this game, but I can't say I recommend it. The art style is lovely and I enjoyed the characters, but most of the game falls flat. The ending of the game seems rushed and leaves many questions unanswered, and just throws together certain solutions at the end despite the build up that led to it. There were also issues with the gameplay itself, such as puzzle pieces not registering, and enemies constantly hovering over you to where it's difficult to move around and see what you're doing. All that being said, this game does have an interesting premise and a lot of potential. If the creators ever decide to make a sequel or even do a full remake of this game, I would still be interested enough to check it out.
Received this game as a gift. Pretty straightforward game, you play as Jun, a teenager who finds herself trapped in a parallel world filled with magic, masked creatures, and a ticking clock to get home. The cast is as colorful as the artstyle itself, you'll recognize the archetypes right away. The playstyle's visual novel meets grid puzzle combat where you have to match runes to cast spells. Combat sequences are fast and satisfying though my only complaint is that the game would hiccup sometimes when trying to move runes from one place to another, it felt as if my character's tracking in relation to the rune board was a bit jank and I couldn't play as fast and as precise as I wanted. Gametime's about 4 hours, doesn't overstay its welcome but doesn't have big replay value either. As far as I'm concerned this game doesn't reinvent the wheel but that's fine, I can tell it has soul and I recommend it all things considered. Furthermore, based on the ending I do hope we get a more polished more elaborated sequel, would love to see it.

I somehow managed to play this game in one sitting. I don't know that it was intended to be played like that, but for what it's worth: I was sleeping on this game for several years and I'm glad I finally picked it up, It was so worth the $10. The combat was interesting and fun. Also, the few little puzzle sections they had outside of combat were fun.
A very brief story game with match-3 combat and light puzzles. Characters designs are on point, the story was okay; nothing mind-blowning. I also had some issues with the combat - it was janky at points. I would have liked a proper epilogue or sequel to tie the story up neater at the end, but it's a pretty decent game when its 90% off.
