The Village

The music is crazy amazing. The graphics are very well too ! It's retro graphics done to perfection. It keeps the style of the SNES - PS1 games with a kind of poetic / colorful atmosphere. The sound and visual effects quality are very well too - sober and charming. On top of that, gameplay is simple and original (system of different personalities), you can press a single key to switch characters. The history is simple but very clear. A very very nice old school rpg !

Très bon jeu même si j'ai eu du mal avec les commandes. La musique est très bien, l'histoire est très intéressante et les graphismes sont bien. Je recommande !

The Village is a charming indie JRPG that perfectly captures the feel of classic SNES-era adventures. There are a few moments where the difficulty spikes a bit more than expected, but overall it offers a fun and rewarding experience. It's a old school 2D RPG, it's reminds me of some SNES/PS1 game. Good graphics, gameplay & maps, also super low system requirements. I recommend it!

The Village has all the characteristics that a good old school RPG should have: very nice et poetic graphisms and beautiful soundtrack, solid gameplay, a good story and a reasonable difficulty. Highly recommended !

The story is nice, very linear and simple. The music is lovely. Some areas are absolutely beautiful, both during day and night. The difficulty is high, but intelligent. Very nice work !
