ES muy divertido !

Bought for £2 on sale then played non-stop for 2 days straight - safe to say I like it! I can see why some people bounce off this game. It can be repetitive, and there are a few small gameplay quirks, but it seems to be just that right mix of The Sims and a Tycoon / Management sim that scratches my brain just right! Only a couple of gameplay issues. 1. It's hard to see what prestige of the build is while renovating. The jobs will have the letter grading assigned to each room, but this isn't available for your own properties - you have to close the renovation and see the property listings to see it. The items themselves also don't seem to say what their prestige is, so I try and go for a more expensive option where I can but I don't know if that's right. Also how a property looks to us has little to no bearing on how much a tenant will pay. I assume it's due to prestige and preferences, but I can spend ages making a beautiful themed property but get hardly any rent for it, while another property I just bought and rented straight out (as I had no money left to renovate) rented for loads straight away! 2. It's quite tricky to go between all the different menus all the time. When looking at one tenant I often want to know what their happiness is, interact with them, how much rent they pay, how much they have left of their lease, the property address, the value and prestige of that property, and how much any other tenants also pay there. All of those are very reasonable things to want to know but they are all found on different menus, which just makes things difficult to navigate. All of this aside, it's definitely worth it for £2!
