The Sword and the Slime

This game is, honestly, pretty short. It only took me maybe an hour to finish all things considered. That said, I would definitely recommend it. The pacing is great, you constantly feel the need to keep going and quickly figure out the mechanics of the game and use them to beat increasingly difficult puzzles. The writing is great too, and though the music is limited it fits in perfectly and never gets old or annoying. Even if you don't spend the full price of five dollars, definitely keep your eye out for sales so you can play this fun little game!

The music is killer. The art is great. Dialogue is pretty funny. Overall theme is really good. Controlling the slime can be frustrating at times due to its acceleration and lack of cue as to the tether range. Would recommend for a few playthroughs.

This is a gem of eight bit art. It is Totally worth the price and you get so many awesome boss battles. If you know Dennis you'll recognize his sense of humor throughout the dialogue/ monologue. The soundtrack is also really catchy. The camera scrolling is really helpful and I feel relaxed while playing, which is unusual for platformers for me.

Neat little game with a couple hours of content. Unique controls and very nice art and music. Give it a shot if you're looking for fresh indie content!

This is a fun little puzzle game that has a unique control method. There is only about an hour of gameplay but I highly recommend this game to anyone who is interested in game design or likes novel game concepts.

Cool little game that only lasts around an hour. The art looks nice, but while the concept is unique, the gameplay can be lacking sometimes. I got it on a small sale and I would recommend you do the same.

This is such a fun concept, and it's implemented very well! Each level is just different enough that it stays entertaining and mildly challenging as you keep going.
