The fact that this game is actually good is probably the funniest thing about it
Some people talking about this being a "fetish" game, I hope not, because if I had a pie fetish, I would be profoundly disappointed, and wish that it played better. Unlike what the illustrious individual going by "Obey the Fist" — who seems to think good graphics is when "Mr. Red" Deads all over The Last of Us and kisses Edith Finch in his 3D scanned lips — the graphics are good, and in fact, are the best part about this game. "Challenge Mode" includes animated 3D cutscenes with voice acting, a moving camera, dialogue. I wish SEGA went this way with their upcoming Jet Set Radio game, and not the semireal direction they took. That's about where the good ends. The UI design is ok but subpar. You must select a mission, then scroll all the way down to confirm this selection. The tutorial is a bunch of popups where the direction and order of reading isn't clear. Music and SFX are sufficient, but there's a sound for every second in dialogue during which the text is updating, this is irritating. There is keyboard support, and ONLY keyboard support; this is playable without a controller, but hardly. This alone is reason not to ever play this. The game design is baffling. In this pie-throwing game you can approach a character and jump to pie their faces, the latter giving more points than throwing. It is a score-based time-focused game, so I suppose it's a DPS tradeoff, but this isn't thematically sound. You can pie your own face, too, which is novel, and is meant to "maintain the combo", but doesn't serve the game. Gameplay would be just the same without this mechanic, and instead, a longer duration for the combo counter. By far, the worst thing after the input method, is that in this throwing game, which by all means should entail shooter gameplay, aiming as a mechanic is a second-class citizen to moving your character in 3D space. You don't aim, and neither do you input force (as in golf) for the pie to be propelled; you simply press a button, and the character autoaims whatever is ahead of her. You can hold yourself static and aim sideways, but this is clearly poorly thought-out and not what you're really meant to do. This could have been a "target practice" inspired third-person or first-person shooter, but was not. In fact, this would have been better as an exploratory, dialogical game, or a visual novel altogether. I would be interested in other games by this developer that look similar to this, but are otherwise better.

I kind of find this game's simplicity beautiful. It’s cute and funny. The weirdest thing about it is that it’s obviously a fetish game (not that I’d shame anyone who’s into this, you do you), yet whoever made it still put enough care into making it a fun game. Keep up the good work.
this is on my top 5 fetish games of all time. this rocks. definitely play this
Super cute and addicting gameplay! 30 minutes flew by. Will def be back for more. (I extra recommend if you like girls. Sounds insane, and I do NOT mean to be creepy, but the devs knew what they were doing.)
Good goon game
A beautiful, simple, and very enjoyable masterpiece. I LOVE the art style and its cute aesthetics!
MYTHICAL PULL S TIER GAME
As a person who 100% the game—I am still missing an unlockable beyond Challenge Mode unbeknownst to me—this turned out more various than I expected a free-to-play game to be while it lasted. I do not know if it has to do with it being an Itch.io game.
