Cannot Resume Game I have been playing for a year and a few weeks ago I got the Living Teddy from the market, but it has a bug that does not allow you to return it to inventory. Support apparently fixed it, but I could only return it to inventory once and, then, it bugged again. So, I decided to save game and delete and reinstall. Now, I cannot load my saved game; I get up to 100% / 99% downloaded / installed and the game errs. My WiFi and iOS are all up to date. EA support told me to reinstall over cellular, which did not work and their last agent kept telling me to talk to in-game support, which I cannot do because I cannot re-enter with my saved game, which I do not want to lose. Fix your game and I change my review.

Update I hate it it’s ugly the hairs are ugly the face is ugly this is so unfair to the mobile sims players

Enjoyable I really like this game so far. And I’m up to level 12 and really like playing and taking care of my sims. However whenever I open the game it’s stuck on the loading screen with the music still playing in the background. Idk if my game is broken or it’s just like that. I’m not too sure. Idk how to bypass it. I don’t want to delete the game bc idk if I save it or if simsfreeplay has that, I’ve only been playing this recently. 🥲

Waste money and real time Almost everything requires money, waiting, or both. The tasks are often meaningless, and I honestly cannot understand why simple actions or basic construction need to take an entire real-life day. It feels like the game intentionally blocks progress just to push players into spending money to skip timers. Instead of relaxing, I found myself doing time management for a mobile game—checking timers, planning around tasks, and feeling pressured by limited-time events. At some point, it became more exhausting than actually working for money. I spent over $30 on this game before realizing there was no reason to keep wasting real money and real time on meaningless virtual furniture and virtual construction. The game constantly creates frustration and then sells you the solution. There are countless better life simulation and farming games that respect the player’s time. This one does not. It feels designed to trap players in timers and microtransactions rather than provide a fun experience.

I had to re download it or tired to because it wouldn’t level me up it was stuck I did almost everything it told me to do to level up but it never worked. I tried downloading and now it woulnt download

THE DEVELOPERS ARE SCAMMERS Don’t download this!!!!!! Please!!! I am warning you! I HAVE been playing this game for eight years, since 2018. I have made little to no progress on this game unless I purchased something. I’ve spent over $600 on this game, and still no special features. This game keeps crashing, especially during Live events so I’m not even able to access the game to collect items so I can win the prize. My game only freezes during Live events, the developers will do this to push you to buy. DO NOT SPEND ONE PENNY ON THIS GAME THEY WILL TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND MAKE EVERYTHING A REQUIRED PURCHASE IN ORDER TO PLAY. YOU CAN NOT PROGRESS UNLESS YOU PAY!

Sucks now I used to play this game when I was younger and can’t even play it anymore. It keeps downloading files and failing even though my connection is good

Download I can’t load games crash awhile downloading said error message about my connection, my connection works.

Your update failed I’m writing this review. I’ve been playing for 20 years. I finally got to level 66. I worked hard on this game and your new recent update would not load it hasn’t loaded in 48 hours. It isn’t doing anything. I cannot report a problem because it’s stuck on the screen I don’t care who designed this game. You do not have the people’s interest at heart it used to be fun to play. You don’t fix your issues. I lost purchases and everything at level 66. So I had to delete my game. I just wanted you to know that I will never ever recommend your game to any of my friends. Thank you.

Cannot access after update I love this game and have been playing for years on my iPad, but recently I cannot access the game with Wi-Fi, I have to connect via Bluetooth to my phone for cellular, now all the sudden it won’t let me even do that so I cannot access years worth of gameplay, such a shame because I absolutely love this game, but if there is no resolution I might as well step away from the game permanently since I cannot access it at all
