Game is really good, just find a group of people or play with npcs. This game is pretty dead but still has a community and a discord. If you like unique games this is the game for you

Really fun little party game... but it's dead. I first saw the original version of the game when I was a kid and eventually years later I bought this remaster. The gameplay is fairly simple; kill your target, satisfy basic needs such as hunger, socialization, sleep, etc, and avoid being killed by your hunter. It's not the most earth shattering thing ever, but decent enough to find enjoyable. It's a little finicky on Linux at times when using proton, but it still functions fine so no real problems there for me. The major issue the game has is that it's just fully dead, so the only way to play it is offline with bots. Sure, you can host your own server. But for a game that's entirely built on being a multiplayer game... they don't make that an easy task. It requires a seperate piece of software you get alongside the purchase that needs it's own whole setup for a server. Even then if you do manage to open a server for yourself, unless you have friends to play with, you're probably not gonna find anyone since the game is already niche enough nevermind the fact it rarely sees players. It's cheap, it's fun and overall enjoyable. But unless they for whatever reason come back and make creating servers much simpler, it probably won't be coming back to life anytime soon unfortunately.

Good fun, but IMO, it requires a decent number of players/friends in a voice chat to truly shine.
