The Outer Frame is a choice-driven crisis management sim, where you double role as both detective and fixer. Because to know how to fix something, you have to know how bad it got.
Command a team of agents on how to achieve the perfect cover-up, just send the order, they'll do the work for you.
So Interrogate, Intimidate, Vilify, Mindwipe, Labtest, Get Rid of, Commit and Inspect your way out of this one.
But remember, the clock is ticking, and the media is on its way, so get rid of the truth before the public catches on.

The Outer Frame is about information. Here your notebook is your inventory. Names, locations, codes, phone numbers, every piece of intel you find gets written on your notebook.
So you can use them to fill action plans, database search bars, wiretap phone lines, enhance your crazy board to get "ideas", and send the orders that'll shape the fate of everyone and everything involved.
The game is about gaining intel, and using it to your advantage against the clock. You decide how to get it, and how to use it.
