Reviews
First off, I would like to state that the Dev is very in tune with the player base and responds ASAP to all request... Now as for the review...I love this game and am highly addicted to it. The game is great, and if you are into the survival game "Surroundead", you'll love this game it is somewhat similar to that game in a sense but it is it's own game tho. The quest are great and being able to earn cash is a plus as well as a motivator for me anyway to due all the quest :) keep in mind tho this is an early access game so it does have minor ♥♥♥♥♥♥ but are they game breaking? NO...I highly recommend this game to all survival lovers.
I can tell that there has been a lot of time and energy put into this game. If you enjoy the genre of zombie survival/base build etc then I would say grab this one up. There are some things that need to change, and I can see almost weekly updates from the DEV, so that in and of itself seems good. The zombie screams need to stop after death. If you have items of the item you are crafting in your inventory, don't make me drop an item to have an open slot, only for the item I am crafting to stack into the items I already have some of. The ax and pickax can repair, but the machete cannot? Kill-able creatures de-spawn far too fast, and If I can get my arrows back I would like to do so. Yet when they de-spawn, I lose the arrows. One wood and one stone from trees and stone/ore nodes seems small. The loot from chests/boxes/safes needs to be looked at. I was getting a lockpick from one safe, and a piece of wood from another. Overall, I had fun playing until I died and lost all of my things. I see that it is multiplayer and I think could be a lot of fun with other friends. But if you play solo, there needs to be a few adjustments for the player. Thank you, and I look forward to seeing this game grow!
I'll recommend this, but only on a good sale right now. This game has a great premise and a LOT of potential- but right now, it's extremely early access. A lot of bugs, the hitboxes for enemies are hard to get right, questing is a bit of a slog, and the game needs a lot of quality of life adjustments (like toning down the intense screen effects that prevent you from seeing much of the time). I DID enjoy my short playthrough, but I have to be honest that I cannot recommend this game at full price. It is not a 15$ game (my chat argued that even at the 8$ I spent, it's not an 8$ game). But I really want to see this game continue to be developed and I'm really looking forward to that, so I don't want to downvote it.
it has huge potential, feels great but needs a bit of work like tutorial and a few other things to touch up definitely keepin this one in the library to play int he future
It's a OK game for EA.. But needs a lot of mechanical fixes before attempting to play again..Absolutely NO Key bindings.. this alone ruins the entire game.. would wait to buy when on sale for 2.99-4.99$
No the game is bad not consistent apparently your supposed to spawn in a bunker but on my first try spawn in city next to zombies died with no tutorial. Then when i respawn i spawned in a bunker generator room then i exit game and play again and now it spawns me in a bunker and gives me a objective to follow. I also don't like how if your playing by your self you have a timer, game should start right away when I click play game.
It must be admitted that the game is great and will keep you entertained for many hours. It has a few bugs that need to be improved e.g: You have to wait a while for the map to load, otherwise you can't play, but luckily it's only 1min. And most importantly, it's best to play on medium shadow settings because my hardware is not too powerful. But yes, I recommend the game.
I can see its potential, but currently it really is just a glitch fest. I can basically attack through walls and doors, while enemies can glitch through. If this game is kept being worked on, it can be something great. But honestly, this is where indie devs give up too early. Let's hope this is not one of those devs.
Its okay i guess but just okay there are much better poly games out there at this price with more features such as a proper Tutorial and quest mode that does not expect you to somehow know that you need to activate it first before completing it.... The graphics are like all other poly zombie survival games not demanding and basic. Pros: Runs well and has some good assets. Some customisation for character. not many bugs. Cons: No servers You need to make a game in order for friends to join you. Very bad Prefab tutorial No ability to change Keybinds Melee attack animations are basic. No animations for looting dead corpse's. Personally I would wait for more updates the developers is selling a proof of concept i dont think the game is worthy of its price as there are much better versions out there for same price if not less.
