A short introduction that needs to show more in next instalment. The gameplay is comparable to other horror walking simulators. You walk around to advance the story or look for clues in a location. Although the game is separated into three chapters, only the third one matters. The first part is a brief introduction in which you enter a store and buy cat food, while the second takes you on a trek through a dark forest with a flashlight. The main part has what you might expect from indie horror: exploring a dark house for a code and trying to get out. The creepy atmosphere is there, but the entire thing needs a bit more work. One of the issues is a bad flashlight. Looking at something close is impossible because the light disappears into objects. Another is the lack of hints. I spent minutes walking around the house without realizing I had to move to a certain spot to scare a cat. The game is also very short. The game works fine in it’s current state, but some early access issue are noticeable. There’s some wonky optimization, which demands heavy resources the game shouldn’t demand, some stuff clipping through walls or showing up as you walk, shadows not showing properly, people talking too fast, very tiny text prompt, and so on. However, these are very small issues that may be ironed out before the full release.
This game tuched me on my dih
I can't figure out the first code for my life. I have been at this number guessing game for over an hour now. I want to move on in the game, but I can't because idk the darn code, which was never really clearly given or hinted even in the beginning of the game. All I got were the location of the four keys on the number pad plus the 07 number. I have written down about 56 possible codes and none of them are it. Am I doing something wrong? This ruined the game for me.
