Its crazy that just a few peeps made this game and there aint no bugs. Makes you think big rich companies gotta get their ♥♥♥♥ together. The story was awesome hit me right in the gut cause Ive dealt with some serious bullying myself. Still messes with me even nowdays. Game looks sick had a blast playing it. Couple of things though: The flashlights kinda annoying when your reloading the gun and sometimes the sounds off like you cant hear when you pick up ammo or when Adams already speaking and you pick up something like a page its like hes talking over himself saying two things at once which can get pretty confusing. But other than that the games pretty solid.
This is a great game. I was impressed that this is the first game made by just 3 people who recently started studying development. Pros: The graphics are beautiful. Seriously. There are loads of Easter Eggs everywhere so make sure you check all the interactions. The gameplay flows well, and the story is based on real events, which piqued my curiosity and made me play the game TWICE as I lost two pages in the first playthrough. The environment is rich and every piece of the scenery brings a memory to Adam. The devs putted everything together really well. Cons: The achievement system isn't working correctly. In my first playthrough I only got 2 achievements. Two pages was missing so I decided to replay it today because I was curious to know more about Adams life and to my surprise the achievements that should have appeared in my first gameplay showed up in my second lol. The flashlight's light is irritating when you reload the weapon it shines too much. Sometimes the sound of picking up ammo is sooooo low that we can't hear it. The game's music could have been a bit more crafted to create a scarier atmosphere with more jump scares. These are minor details that don't ruin the experience, but since I see the devs update the game regularly, here's my tips for future updates. I recommend this game to everyone who likes history and escape rooms. If you enjoy exploring the scenery to find an exit, this game is for you.
The game's story had me hooked from start to finish especially because its based on real events. You can tell the developers put a lot of heart and effort into it. I checked out some YouTube videos before buying the game and in every one the developers make sure to thank the YouTubers who played the game. Solid 10 for the hard work, dedication, love, and the great end result.
Ambientação bastante imersiva, bons gráficos e história intrigante, que te motiva a continuar buscando as páginas do diário. Recomendo!
The game is packed with clever puzzles, intriguing characters, and a gripping storyline that kept me hooked from start to finish! The haunting atmosphere and eerie soundtrack added to the overall experience, making it a must-play for fans of mystery and adventure games.
I saw this game on the YouTube channel HGH Horror Games House and I got really into the story. Graphics are awesome for an indie game.
For their first game this is excellent and being developed by just two people (with the third being the sound designer) the game is excellent. The story is based on real events and very well structured. The background music is really good. The only thing that falls a bit short is the shooting system – when you reload the gun the light gets in the way a bit and it would be nice marking the zombies when we hit them with shots. Besides that, it's a great game. I'm curious to see what comes next.
