The Masquerade

You play as a man who made a bad decision and is now facing the consequences. Employed by a shady organization that preys on desperate individuals by offering false promises of help or money, they lure people into a compound that functions more like a brutal training camp. Only those who survive the ordeal have a chance of joining the organization. Your own entry into the group was sealed when you passed their twisted initiation, by killing another trainee. Now, you serve as both a doctor and training officer, responsible for instructing new recruits, derogatorily referred to as “piglets,” on how to survive within the compound. You don’t exactly start the game as a good person. Everything runs as usual until a new female recruit arrives. There's something about her that stirs something in you. It could be her identification number, which matches that of the trainee you had to kill to earn your place. As training progresses, it becomes clear she’s not like the others. She shows no fear or emotion and completes every task without hesitation. Her fierce resolve may stem from a personal motive: her mother is gravely ill and in desperate need of a kidney transplant, which drove her to seek help from the organization in the first place. The game lasts a couple of hours and spans 12 chapters. At rare spots, you will have to decide between two options that can either subtly alter the story or abruptly end it. There are achievements tied to every choice, encouraging multiple playthroughs. Fortunately, replaying is made easy. A chapter select menu lets you revisit any completed segment, and you can skip previously seen text by holding the “CTRL” key. Of course, you’ll have to reach all endings first because it’s the only way to unlock the true ending. While the script wasn’t originally written in English, the translation is solid and conveys the story effectively. Still, some localization issues remain, ranging from untranslated lines to formatting quirks, like unnecessary capitalization or extra spaces after apostrophes. Though the game doesn't feature original artwork (as expected from its budget-friendly price), it still delivers a nice story.

this game is one of the games i bin looking for so long i love the story the choices narrative and everything about it and its even longer then 1 hour if you really want a interesting story telling game this is one to go by and its cheap im looking forward of seeing what you make more

近几年因为网络发达，人们获取信息的途径越来越多，一些诈骗的方法以及手段也都被爆了出来，相信不少人都知道只有园区的人才会真正对你掏心掏肺。 《伪装》是一款以诈骗园区为题材所制作的独立AVG视觉小说游戏。说实话，关于这个题材的素材很好收集，毕竟网上那么多案例，但是想要做好一款游戏并不简单，你要选择一个非常合适的角色用他的眼睛去表达你要想说的故事，而本作在这一点就做的非常好，玩家在游戏里面扮演一位良心未泯的医生，在三年前枪杀了一名医学生，成为了园区的管理者之一，游戏中不止一次通过角色的心里描写，来表达“我”的犹豫、认命以及仅存的一丝良知。三年后，一位声称“母亲重病需肾源”的实习护士女孩“月”到来，打破了我本该继续麻木、沉沦的日子。 游戏的玩法就是常规的视觉小说，通过在关键节点选择一些选项来推动故事剧情的发展，游戏里面的选项还是不少的，而玩家的选项也至关重要，是成为侩子手，还是重新寻回良知全靠你的选择。游戏一共有16章，内容还是很多的，虽然部分内容采用了ai，但是并不影响游戏的整体体验。 整体来说是一款很有深度的视觉小说，游戏的剧情也十分不错，没有那种很大的毒点。游戏的这个价格完全可以说是性价比极高了。对这种类型感兴趣的可以试试看哦！ [quote]欢迎前来关注「 [url=https://store.steampowered.com/curator/45353266/] 𝗞𝗼𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗮𝗼🍁」 [/url] [u][b] 采撷旅途之叶，铭刻生命之诗[/b][/u][/quote]

剧情算是对得起这个价格，但是二次元画风的人物很让人出戏。
