*2 minutes in* Oh, it's a 5-day thing and more of an interactive storybook with differing results depending on your choices. Not sure I'll like it as much as Mango. *15 minutes later* I WILL DIE FOR LEMON AND UNCOVER WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE NO MATTER WHAT
Corto y baratillo. Juegazo memorable si me preguntas PD: Carlos for the win
Very good game! Just runs out of music sometimes :)
Sigh...This could have been a really cool game, but the forced adherence to the story ruin it. Things you can choose(like opening a door that's unlocked) can suddenly be prevented in order to keep you from straying from the story route the game makes you follow. There are choices, but only within a very tiny, prescribed template. It gets REALLY old hearing you can't open a door or that you can't pick up an object right in front of you that you could have if you had made the "correct" choices earlier in the game. So sad..
Was looking forward to this because of their last game, Mango. If you liked that one (or other games of its genre) you would this this one. Unlike Mango, this game is significantly easier and doesn't have as many annoying mini-games.
If you're expecting something like Mango in this game, I can tell you that it's little different. The game isn't as trippy as hell as Mango. However, the author brought other ways to instigate the player. The style is still present in the game, which I think is really cool. I recommend it, but I expected more psychedelia. 7/10.
Sad Mask Party has quickly become one of my favorite developers. They nail the psychedelic art style like no other. I loved the characters in this game quite a bit and really loved how the story took a quick turn.
A pretty solid game from sad mask party, lots of great characters and a good amount of content and endings giving replay value.
