At its heart The Long Reach is an adventure game. Closer inspection also reveals it’s a thrilling horror story, flavoured with sci-fi ideology, psychological context and a skeptical view on the human psyche.

Nice little adventure game, it has a really old school vibe with most movement being scrollable left or right. I would have preferred a point and click style game, but you get used to it. The story is okay, with a touch of humor, especially in dialogues. You are a lowly lab worker and something has gone terribly wrong, and it's up to you to figure it out. It's not overly long, about a weekend sitting, so try to get it on discount.
Great little game! The hiding mechanic wasn't over used. The story was interesting and well told. The art was great. I thoroughly enjoyed this.

I really had fun playing this on the deck. I'd recommend it
有汉化补丁了,容易漏道具,后来都看着攻略通关,美术和恐怖氛围相当不错,剧情能看懂但是记不住那些角色都谁……
At first the game looks pretty interesting, but unfortunately it’s held back by some annoying bugs. On top of that, the pixel art style, the overall design, and the sometimes barely noticeable object highlights make it really easy to miss things in all the visual clutter. The actions you’re supposed to do often feel random and kind of confusing. In the end, I just lost interest in the game and didn’t feel like continuing the playthrough at all.
Really nice. I won't lie, there are some parts where I found it a bit overwhelming and confusing, talking about gameplay and mechanics; certain logic doesn't come as naturally as you might think, but that's okay. A short experience that holds a beautiful story inside. I'd still recommend it anyway.
Subtle plot, meticulous graphics. Sometimes hilarious
Ist ein klasse Horror Adventure. Leider eher unbekannt, zu Unrecht
